“The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The entire experience was above what you would expect for a relatively cheap three star hotel.”

“Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended.”

“Good staff service. Room and bathroom very modern and clean, bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was good quality lovely fresh fruit. Great location and very friendly staff.”

“È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La struttura, accogliente e calorosa, si trova a Warkworth, paese che consiglio molto come base nel Northumberland per la sua atmosfera unica e suggestiva. “Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches including the cookies and the cafeteria coffee. The choice of breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and gave us good suggestions of where to go and where was good to eat. A very special place we hope to go back soon. H”

Despite my concerns about parking illegally, he insisted it was fine and simply shrugged when I challenged him. Needless to say, I moved my...
