“The room we were assigned didn't look anything like the photo of the room we booked. We had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night because the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom after flushing. The room we were moved to was MUCH NICER than the room we initially were assigned. Not sure why the hotel chose to put us in a substandard room that obviously was not in good condition or renovated when they had other rooms available. Needless to say an extremely uncomfortable...
