“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. “The room was okay except the containers of body wash and shampoo were empty and never refilled and the bathroom floor had not been mopped. They failed to replenish the wash cloths for our second day. The room key would not work and we had to go to the front desk three times and then figure it out ourselves because there was nobody from maintenance to help us and the young lady said that she had this problem every weekend because there were no maintenance crew on site. “The room itself was gross. Walls were caked with things on them. Items left from previous guests on the beds. There were bugs in the microwave, ants all over the place and bugs all over the bathrooms. The pull out sofa mattress was absolutely disgusting and had multiple stains all over it.
