Carriage House under Live Oaks i historiska Beaufort SC

Du tittar på den separata övervåningen, Wren's Nest. Vi kan inte ta emot barn under 12 år. Detta pittoreska South Carolina vagnshus ligger bredvid vårt hem, Craven House (ses i Southern Living Magazine) i det vackra historiska distriktet i Beaufort centrum, ett kvarter från hamnen, shopping, museer och restauranger. Gå överallt, även till postkontoret. Wren Nest har 2 sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och den andra med en hel säng. Mellan de två sovrummen finns en delad badrum. Enheten har trägolv i hela och ett kök. Koppla av på verandan eller möblerad uteplats omgiven av 100 år gamla ekar draperad med spansk mossa, vackra trädgårdar och historiska hem. Ljudet av kyrkklockorna i närliggande St Helena kyrka, en av de äldsta kontinuerliga arbets kyrkor i landet, tar dig tillbaka till 18-talet.

Denna vagn hus med separata övre och nedre enheter har nyligen kom tillbaka till livet efter många år av försummelse. Det är verkligen den bästa platsen i Beaufort, nära Anchorage House, Beaufort Inn och Rhett House, Beaufort mest populära bröllop handelsplatser. Härifrån är det en lätt bilresa till Paris Island, Sands Beach i Port Royal och Jakt Beach på havet.

Beautiful historic carriage house

This was our second time staying here, and once again it was lovely. Spotlessly clean, charming and well fitted out with all we could need. Perfect location in the historic district - within a short walking distance of Bay Street and other spots. The porch is delightful for sitting out in the cool of the mornings! Highly recommend!

Warm hospitality in a great location

Heavenly!

We loved our stay in Ellen and Mike's charming carriage house. It was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We especially loved the rocking chair front porch overlooking the grounds. Craven House is so lovely and Ellen could not have been kinder. We will definitely be back!

The Best!

The most Beautiful place to stay when checking out wonderful Beaufort!!Just loved the comfort and location…so close to everything we wanted to explore. Beyond our expectations

The Carriage House was just perfect in every way; very much beyond our expectations for a vacation rental. The location could not have been better for our first visit to Beaufort, SC. Lovely Nest

We cannot say enough great things about the Wren's Nest! It is nestled in historic Beaufort just a block way from Bay Street- a street filled will local shops, restaurants, and nearby cultural sites. The apartment was elegantly appointed and you can sense the love and care that Ellen and Mike put into this "nest". We loved it and are sure to return on our next trip to the Beaufort. Anniversary Getaway

Ellen and Mike, the hosts, were welcoming and friendly during our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The property was within walking distance to downtown Beaufort - shops, restaurants and the water front. The property is pristine and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will seek this place out again. Bonus - sweet Kipp the kitty, visited us every morning while we drank our coffee on the deck overlooking the well manicured garden.
