Spectacular waterfront home where vintage meets modern. Whether in town for business or pleasure, this home will not disappoint. Located on one of the most popular streets in Beaufort, yet hidden by an abundance of trees (including mossy oaks and magnolias) on almost an acre lot, will make you forget you are right in town, within walking distance to downtown.

Spacious home comprising of 4 beds, 3.5 baths (2 en-suites, one jack and Jill, and one powder room), large living room, second sitting area, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and screened patio. Enjoy the magnificent views from not only many of the rooms, but also the screened porch, with entry from the living room as well as the dining room. Televisions can be found in the dining room, living room and each of the bedrooms. Ideal for couples, larger families or multi-family.

Many essentials included: kitchen supplies (premium dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, Keurig and standard coffee maker, etc), towels, linens, hair dryers, iron and board, and much more!

We do not allow pets in this home. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Close to Downtown

Good for large groups. Two ensuite bedrooms, two bedrooms share a bath and full bath on first floor. Easily sleeps 8 adults.

Parris Island Graduation

Stayed for my son's graduation from Parris Island with my family. Father in-law, mom & dad and my spouse. My Marine stayed with us for the last night. Beautiful property and house. Views were stunning and hosts responded quickly to any questions or issues that I had.

Perfect location for Groom's Family

We rented this location for our family of 8 adults to stay for my son's wedding. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning calmed my soul. The downstairs space easily accommodated us all to sit around and catch up. We had extra food and decorations for the wedding. There was plenty of space in the laundry room to store those items out of the way. The feel of the house was clean and sleek, but there were enough vintage "bones" of the house (the gorgeous floors and doors) that it was easy to imagine what it must have been like in Beaufort when life was all around the water.

Such charm and what a view

This home was a true Beaufort home. The view from the back screened in porch was mesmerizing day and night. We never wanted to leave it. Our host was the most communicative I have had and it was very appreciated. The house was spotless. Such a treat to get to experience this home.
