My stay was fantastic! This property provides beauty and convenience along with a prime location which includes a gorgeous patio view of the boats docked at the waterfront. We were pleased and recommend staying at the Grey Pearl. Sandra was very helpful and made the check-in very easy. We were there for our grandson's graduation from the Marines at Parris Island. This location was ideal as well as comfortable. We highly recommend it.

It was perfect for me. I was in Beaufort on business and it was so nice to be right on the water in a comfortable place rather than a hotel. The condo was decorated beautifully and all the furniture and fixtures were new.

My Mom stayed here while visiting for my son's graduation from USCB. It's a nice little neighborhood that is quiet and felt safe. Comfy bed and very clean. We loved sitting on the porch for coffee in the morning and before bed chats with a view of the beautiful water! Would stay here again

The Grey Pearl was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean, plenty of room, and beautiful view over the Beaufort River. My only complaint was that it never got sun on the porch! I am now in love with Beaufort and surroundings and we will be back.

VERY Relaxing

The condo was perfectly suited for my wife and I. Love the location to Parris Island as it offered us the easiest and fastest commute to get on base. The condo was VERY clean and cozy. Sandra was easy to communicate with. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying in this cozy condo! I was a little upset that I forgot my fan because I have to have it to sleep and much to my surprise they had a sound machine with fan noises. It’s the little things for us that don’t go unnoticed. We will be back!
