Härlig utsikt över Snowdonia från denna traditionella stuga med vedeldare och inhägnad trädgård, nära Penmon Point, Llanddona i närheten .. Bottenvåning: vardagsrum. Kök med frukostområde och klinkergolv. Våtrum med badkar och toalett. Första våningen: 3 sovrum: 1 dubbel med eget badrum med duschmontering och toalett, 1 tvilling, 1 singel. . Braskamin i vardagsrummet (initialt bränsle ingår). Oljecentralvärme ingår (25 pund vecka november-mars). El, sänglinne och handdukar ingår. Resesäng och barnstol (på begäran). Två TV-apparater med fri utsikt. DVD. Elektrisk kokare. Mikrovågsugn. Tvättmaskin. Diskmaskin. Kyl frys. Inhägnad gräsmatta med uteplats, sittgrupp och möbler. Tillgång till ½ tunnland paddock. Utegrill. Parkering (3 bilar). Cykelaffär. Ingen rökning. OBS: 5 steg upp till kort ramp och inhägnad släpp i trädgården. . Denna härliga stuga med fantastisk utsikt över Snowdonia ligger i ett lugnt hörn av Anglesey. Det är nära pittoreska Penmon Point från vilken det finns fantastiska vyer över lundön. Från stugan är det bara ett kort avstånd till kustleden Isle of Anglesey och stranden erbjuder fantastiska möjligheter till havsfiske. Gästerna har tillgång till en ½ tunnland stor paddock, vilket är perfekt för att träna hundar. Sandstranden vid Llanddona ligger tre mil bort, liksom staden Beaumaris med sitt slott och pir. Snowdonia National Park ligger på fastlandet inom räckhåll. Perfekt för golf. Handla 1 mil, pub och restaurang 3 mil.

Inledande bränsle för vedeldaren ingår, därefter tillgängligt lokalt till kostnad. Upp till en hund bara. We had a lovely stay in Didfa. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Delyth was extremely helpful and generous throughout the whole week and easily contactable. The cottage was well placed for us to do sections of the Welsh Coastal Path. The outdoor hose was convenient for hosing off muddy boots! The Didfa cottage in Llangoed was an absolute delight from the moment we arrived.

The Didfa cottage in Llangoed was an absolute delight from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners; they welcomed us with some traditional Welsh fare and a roaring fire, popped round to introduce themselves on our first evening and came to show us how to light the fire during our stay. The property was impeccably clean and all COVID-19 prevention measures were followed to the letter. Sometimes holiday accommodation is used merely as a base between trips out and about but our whole family was more than happy to spend time in the gorgeous cottage and garden. We hope to be able to return in warmer weather next time so we can appreciate the large garden to the fullest. The property itself is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. A truly lovely week and our first visit to Anglesey. A short drive north of Beaumaris and easy to find. The house itself was delightful, clean and well equipped. I could smell the fresh bed linen on walking in to the bedrooms (always a good sign)! There was plenty of space outdoors for the children to explore. We were so lucky with the weather and had a brilliant week, but if we had experienced some rainy days, staying at Didfa would have been fine with me! This is the third year we have stayed at Didfa and once again we were not disappointed, a warm welcome, a very well equipped and very clean cottage and views to die for make this our favourite place to stay. If like us you appreciate the countryside and wildlife this is the ideal cottage for you, just the view across the Menai straits to the hills of Snowdonia in the morning makes waking up worthwhile. Whilst we stayed this year we had regular visits from a beautiful pair of Buzzards and during our afternoon cuppa in the garden we were entertained by their constant flying overhead. Loved this cottage.

Loved this cottage. We had a log fire lit and waiting for us and on a cold day it was really appreciated. The cottage was very clean, exactly as the photographs show and our 2 and a half year old granddaughter said “it’s the bestest holiday house in the whole wide world” - from the mouths of babes as the saying goes. It’s peaceful and the countryside surrounding is lovely. We would definitely recommend this cottage and the landlady/landlord were most helpful. I would say that a car is essential to get out and about though unless you are seasoned walkers.

This was our fifth stay at Didfa and as always, we found it a lovely week where all our needs were thought of and the welcome was warm. The cottage is located away from the madding crowd where the loudest noise is from the local sheep. But in only a short drive you can be in Beaumaris, or any of the wonderful locations on Anglesey. We came home feeling totally recharged.

What a wonderful cottage! Lovely location close to Penmon beach and Beaumaris. The cottage was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The bathrooms were enormous and everywhere was clean and fresh. The welcome gifts of wine chocolate milk and cake was lovely. Our dog particularly liked the garden and paddock for running around in. Owners live close by and called round on our first night to check all ok. Would definitely recommend staying here and we have booked again for next year.

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful cottage and I can honestly say for us it is the best we have ever stayed at. The cottage has everything it is clean and comfortable with wonderful views across the Menai Straights to Snowdonia beyond. Nice quiet roads to walk the dog and Beaumaris just 5 mins away by car with it’s independent shops, hotels/pubs and restaurants. Even a paddock to allow the dog to let off steam without leaving the property. The owners are so welcoming with some lovely touches and goodies on arrival. We love it here and before we left have booked our third visit next year, its just like being at home but better!
