Holiday Home 'Hirondelle' with Pool, Adults Only (18+)

Gîte Hirondelle is a detached holiday home of 54 m² with a shared swimming pool in the south of France, located on an estate with 5 holiday homes. The gîte is suitable for up to 2 guests aged 18 and over and is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace. Arrival is possible on Wednesday or Saturday, with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Exceptions may be possible in consultation with the owner.



The tastefully and comfortably furnished gîte "Hirondelle" is all on one level, spacious, and offers plenty of privacy. Located in Beaumont-en-Diois, you enjoy beautiful views of the pool, garden, and valley. "Hirondelle" has its own entrance and two private terraces: one at the front and one by the stream. Your terraces are equipped with a large and a small dining table, comfortable chairs, a fan, and a barbecue.



The gîte features a living/dining room with open kitchen, one bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen includes 4 gas burners, a dishwasher, large oven, toaster, coffee maker of your choice, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment. As an extra service, kitchen towel, tea towel, new dishcloth, new sponge, kitchen roll, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, cleaning products, 2 soap dispensers, pepper, salt, and coffee filters are provided. The bathroom includes bath towels, bath mat, and toilet paper.



The two single beds are 2 meters long, of excellent quality, and come with duvets. The beds are made up for you as a double or two singles, as you prefer. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen linen are included.



You can watch TV via your own apps on a larger screen and listen to music via Bluetooth speaker. WiFi is available. The gîte can be heated with electric heaters and a wood stove.
