Holiday Home 'Papillon' with Pool, Minimum Age 18

Gîte Papillon (70 m²) is a holiday home with a shared swimming pool in the South of France, located on an estate with five holiday homes. The gîte is suitable for up to 3 guests aged 18 and over. Smoking is not allowed, both inside and on the terrace.



Arrival is possible on Wednesday or Saturday, with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Exceptions may be possible in consultation with the owner.



This cosy and comfortable holiday home is spacious (70 m²) and has two floors connected by stairs. The gîte is part of the guesthouse and offers beautiful views of the garden, pool, and surroundings from the house.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, a toilet, and access to the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a large oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker or Senseo, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment. Kitchen towels, tea towels, new dishcloth, scouring sponge, kitchen roll, bin bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, 2 soap dispensers, pepper, salt, and coffee filters are also provided.



Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with washbasin, shower, and toilet. The four single beds are 2 metres long, of high quality, and come with duvets. The beds are made up for you as either a double or two singles, according to your preference. The bathroom includes bath towels, a bath mat, and toilet paper. Electric heaters provide heating.



The terrace has comfortable chairs, dining table, parasol, fan, and barbecue. You can watch TV via your own apps on a larger screen and listen to music via Bluetooth speaker. WiFi is available. In the gîte you will find a folder with a regional guide and activities.
