    Located in a former seventeenth-century hotel that has been completely renovated with care, this spacious apartment perfectly combines the charm of the old with modern comforts, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside.

    In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, in the charming medieval town of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, the property is only 25 minutes from Le Mans, making it an ideal starting point for motor racing enthusiasts or to discover the region. Shops, restaurants and a bakery can be found within walking distance.

    The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms equipped with queen size beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for families or groups of friends.

    Guests can also enjoy a large garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors, having a morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring.

    Private parking is available on site, and security cameras are installed around the property for your peace of mind.
