“Great little place! Good location for either Dallas or Fort Worth. Doesn't have a lot of stuff, but the manager was amazing and very helpful!!”

“Loved the space in the room; having a full size fridge and microwave was very helpful as was the dishwasher to keep all of the provided plates/bowls/cups/utensils clean. Everything was spotlessly clean-from our room to the common areas. There seemed to always be a staff member cleaning something (moping floors, wiping down tables, cleaning the hand rails in the elevators). Breakfast was good each morning with egg patties, rotating meat option (sausage patty, chicken patty or ham slice),...

“Was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the clerk on duty. Instead of apologizing, she walked off the job,quitting! I have never been given an uncleaned room to check into ever in my life. I’m done with this property.”

“Some of the staff was helpful, not all. Breakfast sucked, I have stayed at a Hawthorn in OKC, and it was the best! so my expectations was the same. I had talked about the Hawthorn hotel so much and said it was good, and recommended it to my family. I was so embarrassed, and disappointed. it was not what it said online at all, dallas location was not it for us.”
