“Everything was awesome but do not order anything from the hotel as it's very overpriced it charges double the price as well as the breakfast and dinner are very overpriced”

“It was nice resort but can be improved in certain areas. Might be back”

“Clean room”

“Clean rooms courteous staff ”

“It was my first visit to Fazlani . I would really like to thank the team for their courteous and warm behavior throughout the duration of our stay. The property is well maintained and takes us close to open surrounding with its vast open spaces. My kid really enjoyed all the activities such as horse riding, animal parade, cycling to name a few. Thank you!”

“Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

“Room and linen was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. For reasons unknown vehicles have to be parked outside the premises at Owner's Risk. For a premium hotel that is not really encouraging. And I was the only guest with a car. Earlier it was allowed to park inside. This is my first hotel which has check out by 10 am. Rather unusual.”

“Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...

“Good ”

“They have built this property with lots of good facilities. But the pools and other facilities sorely need some maintenance and TLC. Service both at the rooms and restaurant left a lot to be desired. ”

“We really liked the service the staff provided they are truly the epitomy of Service with a Smile. Keet up the good work Sneha and Roshan you guys made our trip really memorable and special ”

“The staff were not helpful at all, reception doesn't pick calls because the reported number on expedia was wrong. There are charges not included in Expedia and was asked to pay upfront despite showing the booking details. The premium rooms are smaller than the executive despite being higher in price for some reason. There’s no shuttle service provided or nothing closer to find by for commuting to railway or airport.”
