“Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

“This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

“Nice little old fashioned motel, staff was nice,rooms are small, big tv, patio is a bonus, my room had a sulfur smell coming from the bathroom that was strong, there was a few loud tenants that kept me up. Also, the headboard was double sided tape stuck onto the wall and it came off while I was attempting to go to sleep and scared the stuff out of me. It’s good if you want a basic hotel.”

“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

“We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“Staying here is about the location. For a family of 4 seeking a staycation, the amenities beyond the pool were quite limited. The family zone was run-down with no structured activities. The view from the balcony was lovely but it felt more like a Hampton Inn than a posh resort. Finally you get hit with multiple little hidden fees that end up costing as much as the stay, including a 2% credit card fee - would be better if they just baked this into the price rather than dinging you at check-out...
