Dirty, broken lamp shade, dirty bathroom tub and floor, yellow looking sheets, flooring - no carpet, hard mattresses that were doubles - not queens as listed.

Person checking us in was nice enough but doesnt understand English very well. Everything seemed "ok" but they advertise kitchenettes, which they have but no pots, pans, plates...anything to use. Its been half heartedly renovated but then i went to go to bed and foung nasty bloody looking stains on my sheets. Its now late so will definitely show pics to front desk in AM. Luckily i have another bed in the room to sleep in

A+ Easy check in/out, clean
Great room, comfortable, affordable, everything I needed in a room. One thing is the Peep hole glass was broken and was stuffed with a tissue paper but that didn’t affect my stay whatsoever.

Perfect place
One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Everything was perfect and it didn't disappoint. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in town for business.

The bed was comfortable, but the hotel over all just didn't smell clean, it was older. There was no furnishings like pans, dishes utensils, etc that I have had at other Studio 6's. I had to go get towels and shower curtain from front desk, laundry center was not working. I stayed till the end of my reservation, but I've moved across the street as I'm working in Beeville for an extended time.

Overall good place to stay
Very clean, loved the kitchen features even though we didn’t use them. There was no breakfast so we may bring our own next time. Things were very clean though the carpet was worn. I was concerned that some of the longer term guests seemed inclined to stay up late and be noisy but that can happen anywhere. Will stay again if in the area.

It was amazing. Dur8ng the Winter storm. There was no power anf no running water. The management found a way to brinf power. Thr6 brought water to help flush the toilets

Another satisfied customer
Two minor problems with cleanliness, the first was drops of blood on one of the bath towels that should had been seen when the towel was folded. The second problem was someone left gum stuck in the ice bucket which should have been done seeing if the room was properly cleaned other than that our overall experience was good. We have stayed in this hotel whenever we travel to Beeville TX to visit family

Courteous front desk staff, plenty parking, parking lot very well lit. Working washer and dryers. Quiet hotel, most that stay here seem to be working class people. Not noisy at night. Easy and fast access to expressway. Convenient store close by, sammys restaurant also close by. Plenty of parking. Have stayed here on business trips since early 2020 and will continue to come back for good nights rest.

One fix away from being good
Overall a good hotel for a good price my only complaint is the excessive use of polish on their faux wood pieces(computer table, tv stand, & night stands) that just gets on everything you put down them. Stop doing that and I would have no complaint.

Quality for price
Overall this hotel is the best hotel for price in the beeville area. Not the newest but definitely clean and everything seems to work just fine...tv, AC, shower, toilet, fridge, & microwave.

Awesome staff and nice place
it was great,very clean and quiet.Walking distance to a good restaurant and bar.The management was very polite and helpful. I have a semi and there was a big space at the hotel to park and turn around.I would love to stay there anytime im in the area.

Good place to stay
Great place, no complaints, room is clean, beds comfortable, fridge and microwave work, they have a stove top but ive never used it, but looks clean as well. Light above stove top works always in every room ive stayed at. Ac works great. Floor is carpet, sink and restroom tile. Both clean. Staff is very polite, always mention if something is not working or a problem will change rooms. Oh and parking lot is very well lit,very bright. Brighter than hotel across the street.
