The apartment is part of a pleasant residential complex consisting of twelve properties. It has a small private garden arranged over different levels and surrounded by plants and trees, providing a peaceful outdoor space.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has an approximate surface area of 125 m² and offers spacious and comfortable rooms. The living and dining area is welcoming and designed for spending time with family or friends.

The cleaning fee includes final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
