Faciliteterna var väldigt åldrande och inte fungerade som det skull. Frukost var dyrt i förhållande med kvalitet. Inte värt som ett femstjärnigt hotell.

Old luxury hotel, nice rooms, though some extra touch on the maintenance wouldn't hurt. Crowdy and unorganized breakfast area. Lots of tourists

Hotel is on the old side but not disappointing. Good location, close to train stations and easy access. Housekeeping was good. More locals vs. foreigners so staff speak limited English. Concierge is helpful and front desk was hospitable. All in all stay was great.

Très bon séjour
Hôtel ancien mais bien entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner ne comporte pas assez de choix de viennoiseries et pains. Pas adapté à une clientèle occidentale. Beaucoup d'appareils HS à la salle de muscu. Quelques personnes à la réception, pdj et conciergerie parlent anglais, c'est agréable.

首都空港から、ビジネス範囲からも良い立地でした。チェックイン時にコロナ禍対策の中で、数枚のサインを求められ面倒な点もありましたが、それは他のホテルでも同じこと。全体的には雰囲気も良く落ち着いた感じでした。

Excellent hotel with lovely staff and a fantastic room with a beautiful room. The only problem was a loose bathplug mechanism that made filling the bath a long and troublesome event.

コスパの良いホテル
チェックイン、アウトの対応はスムーズで大変よかった。 部屋は一人では十分な広さで設備、アメニティ等も必要な物は揃っていて問題なく、ルームクリーニングも毎日きちんと行われていました、ただコンディションは少し古いなと感じました。 最寄り駅からも近く便利な立地とは思いますが、ホテル内にコンビニ等があるとさらに良いと思います。 総合的にはコスパの良いホテルで次回また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
