This 700m² architectural villa was designed to bring the outdoors in, framing views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding gardens at every turn. Built with concrete, wood, and glass, the design emphasizes simplicity, elegance, and natural flow.

5 Bedrooms (including optional TV room) – Flexible arrangements for couples, families, and groups.

Ample Indoor Living – A spacious kitchen and living area that seats and hosts up to 14 guests.

Outdoor Living – Covered hallways, sculptural gardens, a fire pit lounge, and multiple terraces that connect seamlessly to the natural surroundings.

Sleeping Arrangements

Master Suite – Sleeps 2 (king bed), with option for 2 additional twin beds (7 days’ notice).

Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 3 (1 king bed + 1 twin pullout).

Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 3 (1 king bed + 1 twin pullout).

Bedroom 4 – Sleeps 4 (4 twin beds).

TV Room (optional Bedroom 5) – Sofa converts into a king bed upon request.
