“Decent stay. But the hotel felt dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was blah. I had to beg for room to be serviced. Stated 4 nights serviced once. The ice machine area on the 3rd floor was dirty. The pool was nice. The only microwave was old and dirty.”

“The breakfast bar was not as good as I expected. The room was alright; however, the hotel needs upgrades in the room and especially the bathroom. It had a jetted tub and the bathtub walls needs upgraded. The phone was broken. I could call down for services needed.. Once upgrades are done, I think the hotel will be much better.”

“Room was terrible. There was someone else garbage inside unlearned and someone else used towels thrown around. Me and my husband were very disturbed. Definitely disappointed in this. Food was very bad also. ”

“This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...”

“It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice.”

“Room was pretty clean me and my gf stayed for two days, felt pretty safe to park anywhere. Breakfast was nice, Couple shopping centers nearby and some nice places to eat.”

“Parking was easy and the area was quiet except for the occasional aircraft noise. The doors are to the outside and you could see through a crack in the door to the outside. Made it feel a little unsafe. Expected better from a names brand hotel and looked better in the pics. ”

“Unique and fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. Simple but effective workout room with reasonable $ daily offer to a nearby gym.”

“Property could use a little work. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall. Lightening over vanity was not very bright ”

“The rooms are clean and the mattress is comfortable. Great price. Close to different food options. It’s an older building so the exterior aesthetics aren’t the best but that’s to be expected. Pet friendly. I had my two dogs with me as we came to town last minute for a family emergency. Booking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot does fill up quickly at night so be aware of that. Weather was oddly chilly but the pool wasn’t prepped for spring/summer yet.”

“Such a bad service, I’ve here 2 times a year during the last 10 years but now I’ll change hotel. No breakfast when we arrived in time in the morning and the maid was so rude, so rude. When I came back later in the evening No cleaning of my room Even if I decide when I checked in that should do. So bad service and very rude staff. ”

“I booked a room online, said this BEst WEstern allowed pets. But when arrived with my dog, said they don't anymore, but would have to since the info online had not been changed. Couldn't get any hot water.”
