Mycket att anmärka..
Två rum var bokade. Rummen befanns vara på olika våningar. Det ena rummet visade sig vara ett handicap rum med all utrustning i badrummet i rullstolshöjd. Vid förfrågan i receptionen upplystes att hotellet var fullbokat. Ingen information om handicap rum lämnades vid incheckning vilket förefaller högst oprofessionellt. Hotellet var överlag provinsiellt och skilde sig markant från vistelser i andra europeiska städer på samma hotellkedja.

Välutrustat i den gröna delen. 15 bil min till C.
Ett helt OK hotell i den grönare delen av Belfast. 2 restauranger, frisör och ett rejält pool med tillhörande bastu, ångbastu och gym. Gratis transfer på morgonen till city. Tyvärr funkade inte AC:n.Öppet för allmänheten men ingen trängsel. Stannade en natt för att cykla Mountainbike i Bentte Demsen Park. En park väl planerad park på lite mindre yta men som kändes stor. Grönt o fint. Cyklar hyrde vi 15 minuters gångväg ifrån hotellet på Outdoor adventures. Trevligt gäng med flexibel inställning.

En behaglig upplevelse:)
Detta andra gången vi inom en kort tid bor på Ramada Plaza Belfast. båda gångerna har varit trevliga på alla tänkbara sätt. Vi blev mycket vänligt bemötta i receptionen av Jane, Amman och Sindy, likaså i matsalen, The Green Room. rummet var stort, bekvämt och rent. Denna gången hade vi med ett barnbarn och hade ett rum för tre personer. Alla sängarna var likadana, bekväma och breda. Det är en stor fördel att ha gratis tillgång till en fin bassäng(Pool) och ett välutrustat gym.

Fyra nätter i maj!
Min fru o jag var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Ramada Plaza. Vi blev vänligt o trevligt bemötta vid ankomsten av Jane i receptionen o samma trevliga bemötande möttes vi av överallt på hotellområdet, gym, frukost o i baren. Rummet var rymligt o rent. Nästa gång vi kommer till Belfast är detta hotellet:)

Nice Hotel, disappointed re use of Leisure Centre
Nice hotel in a nice location. Prior to arrival we received an email telling us that if we wished to dine in the hotel that we would need to book either of their two restaurant in advance. As we knew that we would be arriving late, we duly booked a restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of our booking but told us that there was no need to book anyway as they accepted walk-ins. The annoying part was that the hotel did not tell us in advance that we would need to book the leisure facilities in advance. When we enquired about this upon our arrival at 8:00, they told us that the leisure centre was closed and therefore we could not make a booking. We contacted the leisure centre the next morning to make a booking only to learn that the next available slot was as 12:00. Hotel checkout is 11:00 so this did not suit. We booked this hotel based on the fact that it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately the hotel do not make it easy for customers to use the leisure facilities.

Good evening Bernadette, I would like to apologise for the inconveniences that we might have caused during your stay. The hotel has the River Bar Bistro which does not require a booking, is based on walk ins, first come first served basis, and the Green room restaurant, which does require to book a table in advance. Leisure centre is open from 6am to 22pm Monday to Friday and in weekend is open from 8am to 8pm and requires booking slots. The leisure centre can also be accessed after 11am, check out time. They provide changing rooms, showers and lockers. All this information would have been sent with your booking confirmation at the time of booking. Great front reception staff, rooms clean and well equipped. Fantastic gym for a hotel, although it can get very busy at peak times due to being a stand alone gym with separate members from the hotel. Main restaurant is on the first floor with good food and breakfast. River bar on the ground floor is where the hotel fails for me. First night experience was being given a menu and placing a drink order, a pint served quickly. Only 3 other tables occupied, waited 20 minutes for my food order to be taken, while watching the male and female staff members flirt with each other and generally not do anything else. Presuming the bar manager was not interested either as he was stood on the other side of the bar next to them. Finally my order was taken, the food was poor, the burger was tougher than an old boot and I couldn’t eat it. I decided the second night that maybe it was just a one off and to give it another try. No flirting as the female member of staff was not working but the food was again badly cooked, a chicken fillet burger that had been butterflied about 4 times and cooked until drier than sandpaper. I would say giver the River Bar a miss when at this hotel.

Nice hotel but disgustingly dirty pool
Nice hotel, staff and rooms in general but the pool and area was disgusting. Also was the only reason we booked the hotel so very dissapointed. Hotel is far out of the town too.

Belfast Two-Night Stay
Stayed here for two nights of a longer road trip. Check in was extremely quick. Naomi at reception was fabulous!!! She helped my husband and i out on numerous occasions. She had great advice as to where to eat & sightseeing destinations. Breakfast & the lobby bar has great food. Parking was convenient. Hotel is located out of town, so if you dont want to drive in youll have to take a taxi. If we visit Belfast again we would definitely be back staying here
