Perfect stay
The hotel was fairly newly built and very nice compared to other easyHotels I've been to. The staff was very helpful and service minded.

Mycket bra läge för pengarna, vi hade otur med lite annat som drog ner betyget. Enkelt men modernt och rent rum i perfekt läge. Skulle boka igen om allt går som det skulle ha gott om vi inte haft otur.

Hotellboende med små rum!
Vi bokade detta pga priset och var medvetna om att rummen är små så det var inget problem för oss. Rent rum, städning var tredje dag vilket inte heller gjorde oss något. Jätteskön säng (även den liten så man kanske helst sover tillsammans med någon man känner väl), hotellet ligger centralt med närhet både till bra restauranger, buss/tåg och turistattraktioner! Skulle absolut bo här igen om priset var detsamma. De skulle kunna ordna mer krokar för att kunna hänga upp sina saker på.

Rooms stripped of the ”extras”
Good hotel, comfy bed and an overall clean room. Bathroom was fine. Room rates are low - because things like cleaning (after 3rd stay free), TV, luggage room, etc are extra. Room has one small table and one chair.

Perfectly adequate budget hotel that exceed my expectations. In terms of hospitality, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. All in all a great stay that exceeded my expectations for a budget friendly option.

Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre. Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors. I was OK with the room being cleaned every 3 days, but I would be nice to have a central trash bin for food trash (so that it doesn’t stay in the room for 3 days). Was also able to request a hairdryer for my stay - thank you! Wifi worked great and was strong (I was on 3rd floor). I do wish, wish, wish there was a coffee machine or at least a water boiler. It’s amazing how much you miss that when it is not there! Something that the hotel can’t help, however, is the incredible rudeness of the other people who stay. Several nights were full on screaming in the hallway - cheap travelers staying at an inexpensive hotel not caring about others in the building. Not unique to easyHotel, though.

See through bathroom really not functional with 3 people in room. Flooding of sink resulted in a replacement room very effectively. Lovely comfy bed. Very central location for walking city.

The hotel is well situated in the city centre and close to public transportation. The room was very small - just barely room to walk around the bed.

Good location near all facilities, the room was small, really only fit for one person. Bed clean and comfortable great sleep, shower room perfect, however there was no where to sit or table for personal use hair, makeup etc. Staff were very pleasant answered all my questions.

Disappointed but standard of decor good.
The hotel was clean and fashionable but they should describe the room as a pod. Not great value for money considering what you can get elsewhere probably wouldn’t rebook in fairness.

Veldig fornøyd. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt til i sentrum av Belfast. To minutt fra City Hall, turistbusser, turistinformasjon osv.

Friendly staff, great location and good value
Lovely stay at this hotel. So good value for money, the friendliest staff and super clean and quiet. The lovely young gentleman on reception, Kevin, was always asking how our day was and helping us with recommendations. The location was perfect too and easy to find. Overall couldn’t be happier with the stay.

Comfortable, stylish and friendly. Will return.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel looked fantastic and was in wonderful condition, especially considering it was a budget hotel. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The only thing that would have been welcome was a kettle or some way of getting some hot water downstairs. Overall very satisfied with my stay, it was ideal for what I needed, at a great price. I will be staying here again.

Convenience to train station and venue I needed to attend. A noisy female at 3:00 in the morning woke me up and kept me awake for over an hour. Better quality toilet paper would be more economically viable. At worst, it would balance out quality versus quantity required!

I didn’t realise it when booking as I’m not from UK/Europe, but this is an EasyJet Hotel. It is no frills but was reasonable priced, centrally located and staff were helpful. You may find the floor more comfortable to sleep on than the bed and there was no privacy for the toilet/shower. No mini fridge seems standard in UK. Probably less likely to cancel on you than EasyJet.

Great location, ideal for a night or two in Belfast. Friendly staff and within 5 -10 minute walk of central bars, restaurants and attractions. Wouldn't stay here any longer than a night or two as the rooms are very basic – no kettle, wardrobe etc, not much space in the twin room with two people staying and the bathroom is quite "open" with a glass sliding door rather than a private room room, not ideal if it's just two friends staying. Overall I would stay again but more to do with the location and staff friendliness than anything else.

The Hotel is really nice and clean. The receptionists are really the best at their work. I optimally enjoyed my short stay their and anytime I will be in Belfast again, I will lodge at easyHotel. Love you guys!

Perfect, wouldn't ask for more. Reasonably priced and very clean. Would have been better if check in was earlier than 15:00 but understand it's difficult sometimes.
