Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Belgodère, with mountain views and shared pool, jacuzzi and hammam. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 40 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 4,000 m² shared garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Two 45 m² terraces, facing west and north-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 145 m² natural swimming pool (private and heated), open all year round.
- A 1.8 m² Jacuzzi (shared), open from April 1 to October 31, available on request.
- 4,000 m² garden (shared and enclosed)

The apartment is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Discover the large sandy beach of Lozari, ideal for swimming and water sports, about 5 min (2.6 km) away by car.
- Walk the Sentier des Douaniers, a coastal trail offering spectacular views of the Agriates Desert, about 1h01 (42.2 km) by car
- Visit Château Malaspina, an ancient residence offering panoramic views of the Balagne and Corsican mountains, approx. 12 min (7.6 km) by car
- Take a stroll around the ancient citadel of Calvi, perched on a hill with a sublime view over the bay, and steeped in Genoese and Napoleonic history, about 45 min (33.4 km) away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot (1 vehicle).

- Nearest train station: Belgodère train station, approx. 14 min (7.1 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi - Sainte-Catherine airport, about 38 min (31.7 km) by car.
