It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living area, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 4,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- Two terraces of 45 m², facing west and north-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A natural swimming pool (shared and heated) of 145 m², open all year round
