“Hotel was in good condition; staff were attentive and were flexible in providing good service. Only negativity was the wi-fi speed in the rooms, it tended to be slow and fickle. There was no upgrade option to high speed internet. They arrange transport for me and helped out when a tour I booked was cancelled. So I ended up with a private tour, at around the same price as the other tour. Room above me had issues, no effect on me, but they upgraded me to a better room which was nice and helped me...
