“Bokade och betalade extra för frukost. Men hotellet har ingen frukost. Fick inte heller någon kompensation. Går fortare att boka med frukost för en extra kostnad, bedrägeri?”

“I absolutely love this hotel. Unfortunately, this was the first time we couldn't sleep due to an uncomfortable bed. Everything else was great 😊”

“Ingen frukost som skulle ingå. Ingen städning allmänt smutsigt och nedgånget. Inget byte av handdukar. Stopp i avloppet från handfatet. Vattenläckage som medförde blöt heltäckningsmatta. Min resekamrat fick duscha i mitt rum för hans dusch fungerade inte. Kunde ej byta rum för de påstod att alla rum var bokade. Ett Mardrömshotell !!”

“The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. ”

“The Graduate is always a fun place to stay with a lobby that welcomes nearby college students with a big fireplace,air hockey, study tables, etc. Unfortunately, although we were there for 3 days, we received no maid service, none. The main thing we wanted was a replenishment of our meagre coffee supplies (instant coffee only in the room, no free coffee in the lobby). The room was large and clean with nice bedding. The decor is fun, but we need more than that to pay premium rates. ”

“Our room was beautiful, we stay at this hotel very often, but the breakfast sure has went down hill lately. You can’t call it a breakfast anymore. Toast, yogurt, and cereal is a snack unfortunately. Other than that we really like this hotel and will stay again.”

“The staff was very kind and welcoming-we received bottles of water and cookies when we checked in-definitely a nice touch. Our room was very clean and the location was excellent. Zero complaints!”
