Julia Lake House

Detta familjevänliga sjöfront hem är den ultimata semesterflugan.
Njut av Ozarks naturliga skönhet och lugn vid denna sjöfront hemma i nordvästra Arkansas. De två separata bakgårdens balkonger plus en sol veranda har utsikt över den spektakulära huvuddelen av Loch Lomond och ger avkopplande utsiktspunkter för att slappna av och varva ner från stressen i det dagliga livet.

Julia Lake House är ett 4 600 kvm hem med fem sovrum som sover upp till 12 personer. Det ligger i Bella Vista, Arkansas, bara tjugo minuter från Northwest Arkansas Regional (XNA) flygplats. Det finns ett hundra femtiofem meter av direkt tillgång till sjön, med en femtio fots hamn som rymmer upp till två 24 fot båtar. Den mjuka bakgårdshöjden till sjön ligger ett hundra meter från bakdörren. Det finns två rymliga vardagsrum med utsikt över sjön, två pellet eldstäder, två kök, och huset ligger i en återvändsgränd. Båtuthyrning och bränsle finns på sjön vid Loch Lomond Marina.

Detta är ett semesterhus med hela säsongen med bra saker att göra året runt. Julia Lake House ligger nära många aktiviteter, inklusive: flera golfbanor, tennisbanor, vandring och cykelleder, fiske, båtliv, simning. I närheten finns välkända attraktioner som det världsberömda Crystal Bridges Art Museum och Sam Walton Museum; Amazeum; Silver Dollar City och Branson Sight & Sound Theatre; Bordsten och bäver sjöar; Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel; och Battlefields inbördeskrig slagfält. University of Arkansas (UofA) är 1 timme söderut i Fayetteville. Fabulous property and host

Exceptionally clean and well equipped. All appliances were working. Wonderful dock and beautiful grounds. Directly on the lake. Entire family had a fabulous time; ages 6 years to 94 years old. Lake was stocked and we caught enough fish for a great homemade dinner. THE place to make memories.

Incredibly beautiful!

Julia’s place is absolutely incredible! The view and location to everything is perfect. She has thought of everything. All the little touches to the home to make your stay feel like home was incredible. We golfed, mountain bikes, hiked, floated, read books on the dock overlooking the lake. The water was spring fed refreshing and the people were welcoming. Highly recommend her place! Thanks again Julia!

50th Anniversary

We had a fabulous time at Julia’s Lake House We had the whole family with us to mark our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is lovely, very clean and perfect for a large group. Julia has thought of everything a family would need to enjoy a week on the lake Our grandkids loved the lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and big raft. Julia was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. We highly recommend this great place and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful!

Julia’s was amazing! So much space inside and out. The walk to the dock is easy and short. We spent several days out there and it was a dream. The water is shallow near the dock so it’s perfect for floating, playing and especially for littles. The house was clean and had all the amenities described. Julia clearly goes out of her way to get everything ready and perfect for guests. She’s super responsive beforehand to answer any questions and is willing to help during the stay. We had adults and kids ages 2 months to 14 and everyone had a blast. We would definitely recommend the place and would come back! It would even be great in the off-season!

Excellent Family Gathering Experience!!

Our family of 8 gathered from the St. Louis and Dallas areas for a 5-night stay. Amazzzzing experience!! First, the location—one of THE best on the lake! We lived on the dock every day, all day—floating in the water, kayaking, paddle boarding, lounging. The dock is expansive, the chairs comfy, the water toys plentiful. And the beach towels—so many! The flat yard (a “must have” for our family) was perfect for corn hole in the evenings and the fire pit brought us together before saying “good night”. The kitchen was perfect for multiple hands to help prepare meals—very well equipped! The entire house was extremely clean and well maintained. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families, with space to spread out. Julia supplied an abundance of household items, paper products, linens, etc. We rested, played, and laughed a lot! We‘re planning another gathering at Julia’s Lake House in the future!

50th Wedding Anniversary

Julia's house is extraordinary!!! We wondered if she had "this" or "that"...but found all and more in the cabinets. The kitchen was especially well equipped which was helpful because we made most of our meals. The large open spaces that faced the lake were wonderful. Everyone had their own bed (11 people) and everyone had an excellent time with: fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, playing card & board games, playing pool (1st time for many) and watching old family movies on the downstairs large TV. Julia was so responsive to our questions: where is a good local restaurant for a nice family dinner (the restaurant at the marina), where can we rent a pontoon boat (one option was for multiple days and 1 was for single days at the marina). The dock and lake were excellent and the storage closet at Julia's had every imaginable piece of water equipment imaginable (life vests, floaties, donuts for pulling behind a boat, etc.) and also fishing poles and yard games. First impressions will convince you that this was a good choice, but when you open the front door and immediately see the large living area and huge windows overlooking the lake you know that this will be a great setting for what ever gathering you plan.

Lots of Room

Took my family on a vacation, something we haven’t done as a family in 20 plus years. Wh had six adults, a two year old and 9 month old twins. The house was a perfect size for all of us in that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The best part was the roominess and not having to climb all over everyone or being crowded. There were plenty of pots and pansy dishes, and flatware as we cooked all our meals there. My daughter in law even made a Strawberry birthday cake for my son. The accommodations were way better than imagined. There were games available if we wanted to play. Even though we didn’t play in the water, Kayak’s and Paddle Boards were available. We sat on the porch and had our morning coffee and watched the Sun come up or sat and had a soft drink and watched the boaters out on the lake. Julia’s lake house was the perfect place for our family get together. My oldest son who doesn’t impress easily told me “ You did a good job getting this place Dad. We used our activity cards and played golf one day at the Highlands Course and hit the Driving Randy a couple more days. We wanted to play one more day but something came up and had to change our plans. Would I come here again? Absolutely I would do it again. Julia was available and answered all my questions and if We needed anything she was there to answer question or help in any way. She was an absolute Jewel and so easy to get along with. My only regret was not being able to meet her in person.

Wonderful Vacation

The property is absolutely gorgeous and Julia was an outstanding host. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We spent most of our time during the day on the dock, floating in the lake and kayaking and paddle boarding and our evenings playing games and enjoying the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked. She even had extra water shoes in case anyone forgot theirs (which we did)!! We did rent a boat one day and the kids enjoyed tubing and checking out the whole lake. It is very quiet and peaceful without a whole lot of boat traffic. I would highly recommend the property and we look forward to visiting again.

Another Awesome Vacation at Julia's Lake House

Ten of us (grandparents, kids, grandkids) just spent five wonderful days at Julia's Lake House in Bella Vista, AR--and wish it could've been longer! The house and property were beautiful, the lake was ideal for both children and adults, and Julia took care of every detail. We also took advantage of two terrific museums in nearby Bentonville. This was our second stay at Julia's. Highly recommend.
