Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by trees. 1 mile pedal to Back 40, Kingswood and Berksdale golf course across the main road, and Lake Rayburn marina 0.2 miles! Easy access to main highway but the house is off the road so it's quiet, only local traffic by the house. Full privacy fence in the back, deck space, and firepit to promote outdoor use. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal after your adventures.

What a great property! It was the perfect location, just close enough to restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The view from the sun room was gorgeous. Will definitely be back.

Cozy home away from home

My husband and I arrived in Bella Vista with our two kids,my brother, and our three dogs. The house was everything we were expecting and more. Our dogs adjusted pretty easily with being here and loved having all the room. The house was clean and well maintained. Feels like a safe neighborhood and we had a great trip. We will definitely be returning.

Great Hospitality

I appreciate the excellent hospitality. They supplied items that you would have in a hotel, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. Very dog friendly. There are a lot of ticks in the Bella Vista area, take precautions for yourself and dogs.

Our time was wonderful and relaxing. Yurik was helpful and responded immediately to our questions.Check in was easy, their home is relaxing and the best bed I've sleeped in a VRBO. We will be back.

Perfect! We'll definitely stay again.

We rented this house while visiting family in the area and it was perfect! We had two couples and two dogs staying in the house and it had just about everything we needed, including some dog supplies. The fenced in yard was a big bonus and we loved spending time in the back porch overlooking the back yard. The house was nice, clean, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We would love to book again next time we're visiting!

Wonderful home away from home!

We enjoyed our Labor Day getaway to Bella Vista. What a plus we could bring our pup! My favorite place in the home was the sunroom which was spacious & comfortable. Imagine the autumnal view would be spectacular! Wonderful communication with owner & comfy beds! Great stay!

This place is awesome!

We loved this house. All of my questions or concerns were quickly answered. My pups really enjoyed the HUGE back yard! This house is a great getaway in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town!

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay especially if you have a dog that needs to play. The fenced in yard is perfect for that. There's plenty of room to relax. It was clean and the layout was great for having family together!

Fantastic Weekend

Immediately we were impressed by the house. It felt comfortable, ya know? The furniture and beds were great, the view was awesome, and my dogs loved the back yard. When we visit again we will 100% book again.

Great property and host !

The house was clean and welcoming. Beautiful sunroom which we enjoyed every afternoon. We loved the quiet neighborhood which was easy to get to from the Highway. The fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 large dogs. Beds were very comfortable. George was quick to respond to any questions prior to check in and also during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Bella Vista Dream Home

This property and property manager were amazing. The property was situated in a quiet subdivision. Plenty of parking and an enclosed garage. Everything we needed was furnished. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The backyard had everyone excited, especially the dogs. The host was a great communicator both before and during our stay. Gave great recommendations for eating and sights in area. We will definitely stay in his properties again.

Family Vacation
