Outside, a private patio and fenced yard offer a place to relax and dine alfresco, while the attached two‑car garage provides secure storage for bikes and gear. Located in the Kennet subdivision, the home sits just a short distance from the Back 40 trail system and Lake Norwood, with easy access to Bella Vista’s seven lakes, golf courses and parks. Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum and world‑class dining are a 15‑minute drive away.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home—the open living area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Check yourself in any time via the smart-lock entrance. Enjoy the private patio and fenced yard, and store bikes or gear in the two-car garage. Please note that Bella Vista POA amenities (pools, fitness centers, tennis courts) require passes that we can provided with advanced notice upon request. .

Getting Around:

You will want a car to explore the region; parking is available in the garage and driveway. The Back 40 trail system starts just a short walk from the house, while other Bella Vista trails and lakes are a quick bike ride or drive. Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum are roughly 15 minutes south. There is limited public transit, so rideshares or driving are the best options.
