This quaint townhome has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. It also includes an ensuite bathroom and closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace and closet.

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two FULL bathrooms. The first one is attached to the primary bedroom. The second bathroom is located next to the second bedroom. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After hitting the trails or sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and an air fryer.

Sip on morning coffee on the back patio and take in the views of the beautiful Brittany Golf Course. Complimentary coffee provided.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can head over to the cozy circular dining table that seats 4, extra chairs available to seat 6. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

The airy and bright living room features a fireplace, comfy sofa and 65” Smart TV. It is the perfect spot for lounging around with family and friends, or watching a movie. There is a second living space in the sunroom for late night chats and board game fun. It also includes a futon that can sleep two.

We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
