Blue Chalet, located in Shanty Creek Resorts, offers abundant opportunities nearby for nearly everyone, including great restaurants and breweries, shopping, golf (multiple courses within minutes of your front door!), skiing, and much more. In warmer months, take a short drive out to gorgeous Torch Lake or Lake Bellaire. Anytime during the warmer months, just sit out on the deck and relax.. taking in the subtle quietness of the trees and warm breezes, or an evening of discussing your amazing day with friends/family. There is also a gas grill to use on the deck for those steaks, burgers and brats.

Shanty Creek offers five championship golf courses including Cedar River (Weiskopf), The Legend (Palmer), Hawk's Eye (Robinson), Schuss Mountain Course and Summit Course.

In the colder months, Schuss Mountain offers the very best snowboarding and skiing around. There are also trails nearby for cross county skiing and snowshoeing.

The well-appointed Blue Chalet offers three floors of comfort! The Lower Level features a comfortable TV area (local channels only.. or bring your firestick), game area with table for cards/board games/puzzles, bar-height table, futon (extra sleeping area for one person) and space for your coats/boots as you enter through the wi-fi keypad French door. The Main Level offers one Queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with ROKU TV, electric fireplace, and an open floor plan to dining and kitchen. Main floor also boasts large windows to enjoy mother nature's beauty, and a sliding patio door that takes you to the deck with 'polywood' rocking chairs and a gas grill. The open Loft Level includes a King bed, full bathroom and a TwinXL-Adjustable Bed in another area that can be closed off from the King bed. There is a spiral staircase to access all levels from inside the Chalet.

Amenities Include: Free Wi-Fi for guests, keyless entry, motion-detection lights & outside camera for your security, (the lights especially helpful when you're coming back from a long day of exploring). Ceiling fan, mini-splits (heating and cooling), extra fans in summer months, charging/USB stations (you must bring your own cords), and toss pillows and throw blankets give you a "home away from home" feeling.

Bathrooms/Bedrooms Include: 2 pillows/guest, towels/linens, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap.

Kitchen is fully stocked with nearly anything you may need (just bring your own food & drinks). Appliances include electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, air popper popcorn maker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There will be a small amount of coffee/filters to get you started.
