  • The Bellaire Treehouse is perfectly located for a Northern Michigan summer. Situated along the Rail Trail and just two blocks from downtown Bellaire, you are steps from Short’s Brewing Company, Mammoth Distilling, restaurants, shops, and live music.

    This spacious 2,200 square foot home offers heated marble floors, large living areas, and a full kitchen with amenities for easy summer meals. Enjoy evenings on the expansive second floor porch overlooking the village.

    Sleeping accommodations include two king size beds in two separate bedrooms and two twin beds in a third bedroom, making the home ideal for families or groups traveling together.
    For guests bringing a boat, this property offers exceptional parking. In addition to two driveway spaces, there is an adjacent pull through lot with easy boat and trailer parking, the most convenient trailer parking in town.

    Spend your days on Torch Lake, Lake Charlevoix, or Lake Michigan while exploring the surrounding Chain of Lakes and rivers, all just a short drive away. Glacial Hills Trails and Shanty Creek golf are nearby for hiking, biking, and summer recreation.

Family trip to visit torch lake and other Michigan sites

William was very friendly, communicative, quick to respond, and provided a clean and spacious spot for my family which included two young kids, grandparents, and our family dog. The beds were comfortable and we were within walking distance to the downtown area, walking trails, and a playground. We were also in very close driving distance to torch lake which is one of the main reasons we stayed in the area.

Five star treehouse

A wonderful stay at the treehouse this weekend. Super comfy beds and a large covered balcony overlooking the walking trail. Bill the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and his dog was really friendly too. Just a five minute walk from Shorts and downtown. We will be back!

Great place, wonderful location and comfortable

The Treehouse is great! We brought our boat and there was a place to park it while we decided on where to take it each day! 2 block walk to town, and right on the trail to walk the dogs. Bill was wonderful and shared all his “above 45” knowledge with us. We will be back!

Comfortable unit with all the amenities

Lovely second and third floor of townhouse - tallest structure in town. Unit is adjacent to lovely walking and biking path and only a couple of blocks from downtown Bellaire and all its eateries. The lovely open air balcony is shaded and overlooks the path. This is on a quiet street with ample parking, the host is extremely responsive to questions, and their next door neighbor is super friendly and full of stories of the area as well. All in all, a great and quiet place to stay. however, there are 15 steps to the second floor so it is not accessible for those with disabilities. We loved our stay.

Awesome location in Bellaire, MI

Location was excellent, you can walk to town for restaurants or explore & only a 10 min drive to Torch lake for water activities. House was as described, it was very clean & had everything needed for any length stay; coffee maker, coffee, towels, washer & dryer including Tide pods. Very clean and convenient location near the downtown area

Property was close to the downtown area of Bellaire. Perfect to walk around the town. Everything was clean and appliances were nice . The TV in the living area we couldn’t figure out and we would have liked a TV in all 3 bedrooms. (Not me but others that stayed would have liked that) . Also maybe a mirror available in all 3 bedrooms Would be nice with only 1 and a 1/2 bath would have made it easier and faster to get ready. The property mgr was quick to answer with any issue or question we had. Over all it was great and would stay again
