“Called at 10 pm to tell them I would be arriving late, after midnight. They told me that they do not have a room for me. I told them I have a booking and they said it didn’t matter and that they’re all booked up. So they left me stranded and had to book a hotel for double the price on a Saturday night. However, they still charged me for my booking. Complete and utter headache and an unhelpful front desk.”

“Everything was good except the light fan combination for the bathroom. Fan was hideously loud and came on automatically with the light. Showered without the light because it was that bad.”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. “I was not happy the pool was not able to be used. I understand the roof being done, but we should have been notified that it wasn’t going to be open. The floors were not clean in the room, and I found several bugs. I also did not like that doors were left open to the outside and I didn’t feel safe. I had to pay to swim at a public pool and that was not okay. I even called to confirm my stay a week prior and I was not notified that the pool wasn’t gonna be open and so forth. I feel like a...

“The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working.”
