“Rent rum, trevlig personal, bra mat ”

“I and my travelfriend had a truly great stay at Mercure Creolia! The staff are so professional and serviceminded, especially the Front Desk staff. It’s a beautifully located hotel with a great pool and pool-area! The cleaning of the room was perfect. The pool area started perhaps to need a little bit of a slight renovation because of some loose floor-tiles. But it’s just a minor detail. Some of the glass-walls around the pool were broken but that was probably just because of the two...

“Great stay at a very nice hotel. Perfectly situated right by the beach! Great staff! ”

“Perfectly and beautifully located hotel in Boucan Canot, right next to the beach and with a nice pool area and outdoor areas. Our room had a good balcony with a fantastic view and was overall nice and clean. However, the room could use an update in some areas. Due to this and due to the fact that most of the staff in the reception had a hard time communicating in English and not being as servie minded that one can expect from a four star establishment, the hotel does not get the highest score...

“The hotel and its staff was good, rooms clean and facilities nice but no there were no wifi access in the rooms which is too bad.”
