Welcome to the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, in the peaceful village of Belleydoux. Ideally located in the Pays de Gex region, this 1927 family home invites you to a relaxing getaway, blending authenticity with modern comfort. This vacation rental, adjoining the owners' residence, is enhanced by its exposed stone walls. It has been completely renovated to offer a warm and inviting haven for families and groups of friends seeking rejuvenation. Accommodating up to 7 people, this first-floor apartment combines the charm of traditional architecture with contemporary amenities, guaranteeing a serene and memorable mountain stay. From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the soothing atmosphere. Arranged over two levels, the living space comprises a fully equipped, functional, and welcoming kitchen, semi-open to a cozy living room, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Upstairs, relaxation awaits in three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed to offer privacy and a private bathroom. For moments of outdoor relaxation, enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with a pétanque court and a 9 m² suspended terrace, ideal for sharing sunny meals or contemplating the tranquility of the Jura landscapes. Belleydoux is a perfect village for lovers of wide-open spaces and unspoiled nature. In every season, the Pays de Gex region and the Jura Mountains offer a multitude of sporting activities. In winter, Nordic ski resorts and cross-country ski trails await you nearby, ready to glide through snow-covered forests. As soon as the warmer weather returns, Lake Genin, 9 km away, is the perfect place to immerse yourself in breathtaking scenery. Hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and trail running paths all start right from the gîte. Here, you'll find the ideal playground to reconnect with nature. More than just a vacation rental, Jo and Flo's cottage offers an authentic immersion in local life in the Ain region. Here, the pace slows down, making room for discovery, relaxation, and the simple pleasure of sharing unique moments in the heart of one of the most beautiful mid-mountain regions. Discover your vacation spot: an external staircase leads to the entrance hall, which opens onto the Hélène living/dining room, where you can enjoy the library and a shower room. Explore the upper level with its three bedrooms: the Simone room with its double bed (140x200cm), its shower room with toilet; the Albertine room with its three single beds (90x200cm), its reading nook, its shower room with toilet and clothes dryer; and finally, adjoining the Albertine room, the large Denise room with its queen-size bed (160x200cm) and its relaxation area with a sofa and coffee table. A second relaxation area with a sofa and floor cushions invites you to unwind. Travel light: beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Utilities are included. Cleaning service is optional. Two private parking spaces. Heat pump heating. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips. Family home for up to 7 people, in Belleydoux, in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park. Just 9 km from Lake Genin, a small paradise perched at 836 meters altitude, one of the remarkable sites of the Jura Mountains.
