“Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The room smelled like mildew the entire time of our stay. The pillow cases were dirty upon arrival. I had to ask three times for new pillows. I had to constantly ask for towels and wash clothes daily because they weren’t provided daily. None of the housekeeping staff speak English so they were unable to assist me with anything. Completely disgusted that the pillows were so dirty and visible. Parking is horrible. Hot tub and pool was ok. Short distance to boardwalk.”

“Fairfield Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus. It was perfect for a light meal before heading out each morning, so we didn’t have to start the day on an empty stomach. The staff were friendly and helpful. We accidentally left an AirPod in our room after checking out, and they found it and kept it safe for us until we returned. Parking was spacious and...

“The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!”

“The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.”

“Rummet dåligt städat; golvet dåligt rengjort, fick be receptionen om nya lakan då en av sängarna inte hade rena lakan. I korridoren stark lukt med anledning av att flera av gästerna "rökt på", motellet långt ifrån Providence och mkt svårtillgängligt utan bil. Sängarna var dock bekväma och rummet hade mörkläggningsgardiner. ”

“The staff was nice, the room was clean, not modern but far from run down, I needed a quiet place to sleep the night before a strongman competition and it served its purpose perfectly, parking was never a problem and the ice machine worked wonderfully, if I had to I’d stay there again without hesitation, the price was right as well”
