âThe hotel was OK for its purpose, just a bed to sleep, it is located in an industrial area. We were unlucky to get a room where a dog must have lived before us (pets allowed) cause it smelled like wet dog the first night. Breakfast was OK as well. Annecy old town is great, a visit is recommended!â
âOur flight was delayed and our rental car reservation had been cancelled, so we were 2 hrs late out from Geneva airport. The hotel front desk was very reluctant to wait 30 min after 22:00, she did stay open eventually but we didn't understand the problem since the restaurant was still open until 23:00.
Why make such a hazzle about late arrival when it could have been easily organized with the restaurant staff? Or just organize a key box outside with a pincode in case guests are late?

âModern spacious hotel rooms at a perfect location by the lake and quite close to the old city center. The hotel bar closed too early (11pm) but otherwise the service was up to standard. The hotel restaurant was of good quality and the breakfast served perfect pain au chocolat. The only downside was the unnecessarily loud pling from the elevator that penetrated into the rooms. â

âA nice hotel and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Strange though that toilette is seperated from shower and sink, without ventilation. The carpent was old and dirty. No air condition, just a fan. Good neighborhood and close to the bus, 10 min to city centre. Nice and affordable breakfast.â

They have a pool if one does not want to spend all day bathing in the lake, although the lake is refreshing to bath in. The beds are not too comfortable, a bit too hard and the pillows are definitely something I would change if I was the hotel owner. â
âEnkelt men fint hotel. Hotellet ligger nĂ€ra motorvĂ€g och flygplats men rummen Ă€r isolerade sĂ„ de Ă€r tysta. Parkering ingĂ„r och det tar ca 10-15 min med bil in till Annecy centrum. Vi köpte till frukost som var enkel men frĂ€sch. Helt klart ett prisvĂ€rt hotell om man har tillgĂ„ng till bil. â
