Home away from home girlfriends retreat.
We had a cozy, clean, inviting, and comfortable stay. The rental home exceeded our expectations. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and check-in was easy. Although we did a lot of sightseeing during the days, our favorite times were just sitting on the big beautiful porch with our morning coffee, watching the town wake up, and at night, watching the nightlife fade and the town go to sleep. Such a relaxing stay with all the shops, restaurants, and the lake, right out the door. We would like to return again and spend more time there, just relaxing on the porch!

In the heart of Bemus
Staying at Rebecca’s No Wake Zone was the perfect spot, right in the heart of Bemus Point. It is walking distance to all the action, shopping and restaurants. I stayed in her downstairs accommodations and had everything I needed. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and having morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. I will be back for sure!!

Fun location!
Rebecca’s at Bemus was fantastic! Steps to everything in Bemus Point- shops, restaurants, golf, water, etc. Beautifully decorated, charming house with space to spread out. The front porch is a dream! We reserved both up and downstairs, and it all worked perfectly for a visit to Chautauqua and to be nearby our relatives’ home at Bly Bay. Hope to return!

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed her for a weekend when we went to the Bonnie Raitt concert at the Chautauqua Institute. It was absolutely adorable! Great location directly across from a great little cafe and right down the street from shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable get-away!
Great location, comfortable lodging. Could stay there again. Would have liked to know ahead of time that a hide-bed was the second sleeping option and that there was someone living upstairs. From VRBO TV ads my husband thought we were renting the whole house.

Im sorry you and your spouse thought you were getting the entire house for rent . The VRBO description does state the accommodations on the lower level but does say there is an additional upper unit if needed and to inquire if this is the case. I still hope you enjoyed your stay .

Rebecca's place was a great place for us to stay for Thanksgiving and the wedding we attended the day after. It was a perfect location with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

A relaxing mini-vacation
This property was beautiful. It was very clean inside and out. We enjoyed the huge front porch, as it was the perfect spot to sit and relax. The house is air-conditioned which is a definite plus. I would highly recommend this property.

Pet friendly Host
Rebecca was kind enough to offer a stay for my pet but unfortunately he had a medical emergency that cut our trip short. The rental was so warm and cozy, we were so saddened we had to leave a day early. She was very generous to offer the day added on to another few day stay. We have to get back to Bemus point! It was darling for what little we were able to enjoy. BTW. Our little man Chihuahua seems to be doing fine. What a trip!

Father’s Day Weekend Away
Staying at Rebecca’s nicely renovated and well maintained home in Bemus Point was great! We were on the first floor and enjoyed the large front porch. Great people and dog watching. All communication was responded to promptly and accurately. The location right next to the Post Office in town was perfect for an unseasonably cold Saturday. We didn’t need a car to get to all the restaurants and stores since it was too cold for the lake.

Wonderful weekend
My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway everything about are stay was everything we hoped it would be. The home was perfect very clean and nicely kept. The town was a nice escape from crazy busy city life. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect stay!
My wife and I, our infant daughter, and dog stayed the weekend in Bemus point and absolutely loved this home and location! The house is clean, bright, well-decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. You can tell that a lot of care and pride is put into maintaining the property. We would love to stay again and could not recommend more!

Lovely
The house was just lovely and complete with everything we needed for our getaway. Nice flat streets for long walks with our dog and close to shops and restaurants. The weather was rainy and gloomy but always nice to come back to the inviting house. It’s located next to the post office, and we could hear the early morning truck arrivals. Since we’re early risers, no big deal. Highly recommend this home and hope to come back.

This 1 bedroom unit was definitely a great find. Location is perfect for walking to the lake, the shops and the coffee shop is right across the street. It's comfortable and the decor is well done. And the covered front porch was wonderful to sit on and enjoy the day.

The house was warm and inviting. The front porch was the best room in the house. The location was excellent-within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and the Bemus Point Ferry. Coffee shop across the street was a bonus!
