“Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, everything was spotless, excellent hot breakfast. Wonderful pool and hot tub. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! ”

“Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.”

“I would totally recommend staying here for a romantic evening. Room was very quiet and comfortable, Dinner at the crows nest was Amazing, followed by a few cocktails at fletchers. We had an excellent breakfast the following morning before checking out. It was a great experience and will definitely go again.”

“Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Clean, small room with a tiny bathroom in downtown Anchorage but still in a quiet area without much traffic. Only downside is that the whole room is shaking everytime someone closes their door.”

“The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations.”

“Not worth what you pay. Room A is small, and the reception is a joke. It’s loud during quiet hours (5-7am), making it hard to sleep above my room. Give a plus for cleanliness. ”

“The property was quiet during the off-season. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would book here again. ”

“The room needed a better cleaning. There was puke on the shower curtain. Trash from before us under the beds and couch. The couch cushions are very gross with stains (room 101). People really need to clean up after their dogs outside. The staff was amazing the whole time. The pool is a fun time for the kids. If they have the proper resources they could turn this hotel into the best. ”
