Hotell nära Ben Lomond Manor House & Old Rose Garden

“Avoid if you can. There are better options nearby. Also, breakfast was not included even though Expedia claims it is. Could find no record of it on the booking so there was no point arguing with the staff. Take a screenshot.”

Mycket tomma kalorier.”

“Lätt att hitta hit. Lugnt och stilla. Bra med parkering”

“Clean and nice room. Good bed. Isuues with TV during while stay, never fixed. Worn linen but clean. Quite some smoking of grass at the hotel. Situation around hotel feels safe.”

“We ended up on the 4th floor, which is a smoking floor. Lots of marijuana smell. The room didn't have a coffee maker, but it did have a frig. and microwave. The towels were thin. There were frequent problems with the elevator. The staff were very helpful and they made the difference for our stay, but we won't be going back.”

“Everything about the stay was lovely.”

“They charged me for extra night because system was not functional on Sunday, and they don't want me to refund it ”

“Helt ok hotell.

“Read a previous review about people looking into rooms on the first floor. I checked in and was put on the first floor. I asked to be moved and the front desk person happily changed my room. Much appreciated!! Hotel is not in a particularly bad area but there were definitely shady people staying here and can definitely see stuff like that happening. Not the hotels fault though. For the price and location this hotel was 100% worth it. Would stay again. Just wondering if there were rooms available...
