Welcome to Villa Condor, a spectacular luxury villawith 5 bedrooms located in the private and exclusive community of Monte Mayor. Part of the Abantos Hillsdevelopment, this modern villacompleted in late 2019 is equipped with the latest models and home accessories, offering smart design and exceptional integration with the natural surroundings.



Main Floor

Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by the main floor, which includes:

•Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.

•Dining and Living Room: Open plan, with large south-facing windows that maximize natural light.

•Guest Toiletand Terraces: With spectacular views of the sea and mountains, furnished with armchairs and an outdoor dining area.

The living room is comfortably furnished, featuring a fireplace, SONOS speaker, smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and strong WIFI connection. There is also an elevator that takes guests to all floors of the villa. The entire property is equipped with an advanced home automation system, allowing efficient control of lighting, climate, and security systems.

On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:

•Master Bedroom: With a private terrace and panoramic views from its corner windows, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, bidet, underfloor heating, and heated towel rail.

•Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, private terrace with loungers, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and underfloor heating.

•Third Bedroom: Similar in size to the second, with the same amenities and sea views.

Here you will find a large rooftop terrace, offering some of the best views, including Gibraltarand Africaon clear days.
