Vackert radhus med havsutsikt.
Vi Àr mycket nÀra stranden, bara 10 minuters promenad bort. BelÀget mellan Benalmadena och Fuengirola och med massor av bekvÀmligheter i nÀrheten.
Kan nÄs med tÄg frÄn Malagas flygplats till Torremuelle tÄgstation som tar cirka 20 minuter och sedan Àr det bara 5 minuters promenad till huset, sÄ du behöver inte hyra en bil. Det finns ocksÄ bra bussförbindelser till stan.
SÀker gated community med cirka 30 hus. Mycket privat, med vackert underhÄllna trÀdgÄrdar och pool. VÄrt hus har ett dubbelrum med balkong med utsikt över med och ett andra sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det finns ocksÄ en ny bekvÀm en bÀddsoffa i loungen.
Det finns en nybyggd 30 m2 solterrass som nÄs frÄn loungen genom tvÄ vikbara dörrar.
Fastigheten Àr nyinredd, med nya sÀngar och sÀngklÀder, samt ny mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost, vattenkokare etc.
Fastigheten har ocksÄ supersnabbt fiberoptiskt bredband och nyinstallerad luftkonditionering.

Perfect, the house had everything that you could need. Very quiet, two balconies so you can escape the sun if it gets too hot. The Pool is very clean and never too many people. A short walk down to the main street where there is a bus that takes you through the village and you can get to Malaga easily. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or with the bus. Supermarket just round the corner.

Beautiful villa in Costs Del Sol

Property is full equipped, very close to bus,train beach and restaurants . We stayed in a bigger building in Benalmadena the year before and found it very noisy and quite busy, the area around this villa is quiet and relaxed and the owner is very easy to work with,I would highly recommend

The perfect getaway

We had the most wonderful, beautifully decorated and very well equipped row house. It was very clean. The contact with Robert, the owner, was amazing! He was very helpful and friendly. The house offered a fantastic view, quiet surroundings, just erverything you could ask for to have a wonderful vacation. Robert, thank you more than much. We already are thinking about coming back. Exceptionnelle

Quelle magnifique rĂ©sidence trĂšs bien situĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e qui a plus que rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes. Robert est un hĂŽte exceptionnel qui est toujours disponible et rĂ©pond rapidement Ă  chacune de nos questions. Un site magnifique avec des fleurs exceptionnelles, une piscine trĂšs bien entretenue et que dire de la terrasse oĂč nous avons une magnifique vue autant de jour que de soir. Nous retenons que de beaux souvenirs de notre voyage en Espagne.

Nothing short of fabulous !! 5 stars !!

The photos do not do the property justice, it is beautifully decorated, clean, with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Robert the owner is only a message away if you need any information or assistance, but you shouldn't need him as he provides loads before you arrive. The grounds where the house is situated are lovely. The pool is small but deep enough for a swim. It is up a steep hill, but with that you get a glorious view of the sea from the terraces. As it's self catering, if you don't have a car, you might want to walk to the big Mercadona about ten minutes away and get a taxi back. Shouldn't cost much. There are some restaurants near the supermarket too. Big shout out to The Indian Chef. If you like a curry, it's superb... The buses are at the bottom of the hill to go into Fuengurola or Benalamadena, or the train station is 5 minutes from the house, up the hill a little, so it's really conveniently placed, whilst being super quiet and peaceful. I can not recommend this place enough. Our holiday flew by and we'd not hesitate to book again, next time we are on the Costa del Sol.

The property owner is very nice and helpful even before you arrive. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Location is calm and central to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

great time in a lovely house

lovely house with all you need. A new terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning or have a drink in the evening.You can reach the beach and restaurants by foot, no need for a car.The owner Robert is an amiable person ,sending a plenty of helpful information. about the stay, house, shopping etc. We felt at home during the stay. Friendly persons we met in the houses next to us. I would love to return.

Perfect holiday home

We spent two weeks in this wonderful house which is tastefully decorated, with all amenities to make you feel at home. A peaceful setting with beautiful gardens around the pool, a lovely patio with sea view and generally a great location from which to explore and enjoy the coast. Robert the owner was on hand throughout to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and couldn’t be more helpful. I would happily recommend this property for adults and families alike.

5 Star Town House in lovely surroundings

We loved our stay at this town house. We arrived and everything was clean and well kept. All the rooms were lovely, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in to eat. The air con being installed the week before we arrived was an added bonus. The pool was close by and the gardens surrounding it was very well maintained. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough. The owners and key holder was available at all time if required although it was never needed.
