    Our luxury villa is in an exclusive, elevated location next to the beach with amazing, views. The villa is just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful, safe sandy beach and is great for families and friends of all ages.

    This extraordinary villa has just undergone a complete modern transformation turning it into a beautiful, modern holiday villa in Benalmadena with enough space across 4 luxury bedrooms for family and friends of 8 people.

    The villa has its own private, heated pool, (heating is 250 euros per week extra) tropical gardens, stunning views and free parking.

    The villa is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space, gardens, BBQ, outdoor kitchen and dining area and terraces.

    The villa is newly renovated to the highest standard and decorated and furnished throughout with bright, modern décor and furniture.

    Located just 20 minutes away by car from Malaga airport, 5 minutes from the well-known Torrequebrada golf course, several other great golf courses are just 10 – 30 mins. from the villa.

    Villa Romantica is a truly beautiful holiday villa with large terraces overlooking the sea, surrounded by flowers and fragrant jasmine and just a stone's throw away from the beach.
    The roof terrace has lovely sea views.

    The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms all with air conditioning and can accommodate up to 8 people.

    The modern, open plan living room has 2 large sofas, a huge, 65 inch HD 4k TV showing UK, and International channels, patio doors onto the gardens and pool area, a cozy bar and a beautiful dining area.

    Free Wifi internet and air conditioning/heating throughout the villa.

    The spacious, modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machines, toaster etc) and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

    The kitchen door opens directly onto a large patio with gas BBQ, outdoor kitchen, bar area and a table tennis table.
    Fridge, cooker and wine cooler and sunny terrace with table and chairs, so those in favour of a smoky steak for their starlit dinner, this is the place to be!

    The master bedroom has a super king size bed, patio doors to the gardens, plus an ensuite bathroom

    The villa is located close to the Torremuelle Train Station from where you can be at the airport in 20 minutes, 15 mins. to Plaza Mayor shopping mall with numerous shops, (Zara, H&M, Jack&Jones, Mango, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger) etc. plus dozens of restaurants, a bowling alley and multi screen cinema showing all the latest releases in English.
    Torremuelle bus station is across the road from the villa if you want a trip to Fuengirola, Marbella, Torremolinos etc.

    The location of this villa makes it ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, yet with the option to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the coast, only a short distance away.

It's not worth the money!

Walking to the house, It was clear that the outdoor areas are had not been looked over for quite some time. Cigarette butts all over the lawn, as well as in other places around the premises. Even an unemptied ashtray in the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor lightning for the lounge area did not work, and made the whole are pitch black after sunset. There were no pillows for the sunbeds as shown in the pictures. An extremely raggedy and ugly fence around the pool – or not all the way around the pool as it was broken – so that it did not close of the entire pool area. The Ping pong table ( which looks brand new in the pictures on website) was broken as were the rackets . Which made the ping pong table unusable. Walking into the house: The big jacuzzi in the master suite was not working ( which was not mentioned prior to our departure, even though it was clear it hadn’t been working for a while) Outdoor Barbecue area – looked amazing in the pictures - but in real life the dining set is broken and the floor had to be cleaned. Also the Barbeque stopped working due to gas shortage halfway into the week. We tried to explain this, but it wasn’t fixed.

Annonce fallacieuse

Grosse déception! Nous avons décidé de quitter la villa après 24h sur place à cause de nombreux problèmes. A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Le boiler avait un problème, nous avons donc dû attendre 7 heures après notre arrivée et plusieurs échanges de messages avec l’hôte pour bénéficier d’eau chaude. De plus, la quantité disponible pour 8 personnes est très limite. Nous l’avons rapidement dépassée, résultat, certains devaient se doucher à l’eau froide. Le plus surprenant est que cette limite ait été dépassée alors qu’aucune des deux baignoires annoncées n’était fonctionnelle. Elles étaient toutes les deux impossible à remplir. L’une à cause d’un bouchon défectueux, l’autre à cause de l’absence d’eau sortant du robinet. Nous étions avec deux enfants en bas âge ce qui compliquait la tâche pour les laver. Seuls deux douches restaient fonctionnelles et le mitigeur d’une des deux douches s’est cassé après deux utilisations. A ces problèmes de sanitaires non négligeables, s’ajoutent plusieurs autres dysfonctionnements: - plusieurs lampes de la villa ne fonctionnaient pas - une chaise été cassée, - malgré une supplémentaire payé pour chauffer la piscine, celle-ci n’a jamais dépassé les 24 degrés, ce qui n’est pas suffisant pour en profiter en hiver - la propreté de la propriété laissait également à désirer - un wc fuyait dans la master bedroom Bref, nous avons passé les premières 24h sur place à communiquer avec l’hôte pour signaler tous ces problèmes. Bien qu’il réagissait à nos demandes, certains problèmes comme ceux des sanitaires et des lampes n’ont pas pu être réglés. Un début de vacances où rien n’était comme annoncé, nous avons donc décidé de quitter les lieux. La propriétaire, malgré sa promesse de remboursement des frais de chauffage de la piscine ne l’a toujours pas fait (3 semaines plus tard) et le suivi par le service client d’Abritel pour un remboursement de ce séjours dont l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité est très complexe. A fuir !

Holiday in Spain

The size of the property was great. We had 7 adults with two couples and 3 singles. The pool maintenance company was great and we were glad we asked for it to be heated. We did need to ask for additional trash bags and kitchen towels but otherwise had what we needed. The air conditioners worked and the location to transportation was excellent. We went the supermercado often and the restaurants and bars within walking distance were all friendly and delicious.

Good spot for family with small kids

We enjoyed our stay overall. Improvement can be made to overall upkeep. I found the photos present the property, especially the outside (which we intended to enjoy most), as nicer and cleaner than it was. Outdoor furniture is warn out and should be replaced and cared for. Otherwise, the space was good for my family with kids, including a toddler. We liked having one level and the rooms were a nice size. We cooked at home most nights and the house was well equipped for that, especially the outdoor kitchen.

Het geld niet waard !

Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.Zeer slecht onderhouden, afsluiting zwembad stuk, tafels en stoelen verschrikkelijk,kakkerlakken in het huis, enz. En als je Barbara contacteert wimpelt ze alles weg.Schande.

Family holiday

I beautiful villa to celebrate a family 60th birthday. The villa has it all. Spacious bbq area, seating area and pool. The local train station is only a few streets away which takes you directly into the airport if you don’t want to get a taxi. Getting around is easy using Ubers. We went into Benalmadena in the evenings which worked out approx 9 euros per trip. Local beach is beautiful and minutes away. The local supermarket stocks pretty much everything you need and is 5 mins away. A great holiday. Only downside might be, 3 bedrooms share one bathroom, as the second bathroom is an en-suite inside the master bedroom.

We had an amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa. Lovely outdoor areas, well equipped and fantastic gas BBQ. Great location near the beach. Barbara was attentive and really easy to deal with. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
