Memorable Stay
Eduardo, who let us into the apartment is lovely. I was worried about the handover process, it all seemed a bit vague, but he messaged us before arrival and was waiting for us outside the apartment. We had a problem with keys the next day and he came to help us, plus, when I mentioned the poor state of the mugs in the apartment, he didn’t hesitate but went right out and bought new ones. The view – wow! I spent hours just standing on the balcony watching life pass by in the marina and soaking up the atmosphere. There are bars and restaurants minutes away and a handy supermarket. There’s also 2 beaches close by. Rather than the beach, we spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool which was a great suntrap with plenty of sunbeds. If you want to stay in a spotless, beautifully maintained apartment, then this place is not for you. But if you love boats and the sea and you want easy access to bars, restaurants and beaches, then you would love it here.

Wonderful Visit!
We enjoyed Benalmadena and other close cities! Weather was perfect! Many good restaurants close by! Love watching the marina in action!

Magnifique séjour
Agréable séjour, très bien accueillis par Fernando. Appartement conforme au descriptif, spacieux, fonctionnel, calme. Très bien situé plage, piscine, commerces. Une vue magnifique sur le port. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado !!
La propiedad parece ideal , tanto por la zona, como por la fantástica piscina con vistas de la playa, pero uno vez estás allí es mucho mejor !! El desayuno y cena viendo los barcos pasar es ideal, y la piscina con las vista panorámica de la playa genial !!

Una Maravilla
Fui con mi chico y mis amigos a desconectar a un sitio bonito y que mejor que ese maravilloso espacio con vistas al puerto y a la playa. Cuenta con ascensor, piscina, jacuzzi, una cocina correcta, habitaciones enormes, decoración náutica bastante impresionante, aunque para mí, lo mejor fue la estupenda terraza donde pude relajarme mientras veía los barcos pasar. ¡Espero repetir! Tuvimos el placer de conocer a Fernando (el encargado) una persona cálida, amable y bondadosa que nos hizo la estancia aún más amena. En resumen: el sitio no es 100% perfecto, pero es especial, tranquilo y transmite muy buena sensación.

A great stay
We really enjoyed staying here. The location was excellent, especially having young children. The beach was on one side and the marina in the other. A great view from the balcony and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Thanks.

Quirky but lovely apartment
We just spent 11 nights and had a super holiday. It is a lovely central location, lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Eduardo snd his wife made us very welcome and spent time showing us around despite our late arrival. We loved it and look forward to returning soon

beste Lage
Sie Wohnung hat eine ganz persönliche Note vom Besitzer, der gerne zur See fährt. Balkon ist sehr groß mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Hafen. Bis Mittag hatten wir Sonne auf dem Balkon, und danach Schatten, was perfekt war. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Dankeschön!

Location is perfect, flat is tired but functional
Advertised with washer and dryer however the dryer was missing. The kettle broke after the first day, the deck doors were very very sticky and hard to open. The dishwasher we couldn't use because it smelled so bad. The place was not very clean at all in fact we had to wash all of the dishes before we could use them. The place appeared tired and needs a refresh

Upon entering we tell or write in chat messages to all customers they will have 24 hours to inspect, evidence and report any damage or malfunction of household appliances and state of cleanliness, if imperfections, malfunctions or state of cleanliness are not reported in advance, no refund can be requested for the problems caused. After your stay I have inspected the apartment and found that the kettle was not working so we bought a new one, the dishwasher worked perfectly and no bad smell was found, the tumble dryer was missing as it was under repair, we might have found a solution if we knew that it was a big priority for you, cleanliness is sometimes a personal matter for some it can be clean and for others it can be dirty, the fact is that we never receive complaints about the state of cleanliness of this property, just the opposite ...see previous reviews. The perfect place can't wait to go back
We Just spent 18 days in this apartment very comfortable and well equipped Plenty of restaurants and bars all around the marina. It's only 5 minutes to supermarket. and two minutes to the beach where there is plenty of sun-beds there is also a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop that I did go and have a look at although we spent most of our time on the beach The views from the living room and bedroom of the marina is stunning our host Christina and Fernando were more than helpful when we arrived Christina made sure we had all the information we needed for are stay and reassured us if there's anything we needed how we could contact her we will definitely be booking this place again in the near future thanks again Please pass on are best wishes to Fernando
