Muy buen hotel y servicio
He de decir que llegando a medianoche y con todo cerrado hicieron todo para que tuviese algo para cenar y a mayores también me consiguieron un cargador. Eso lo hicieron por la voluntad de dar servicio. El desayuno con nota, zumo natural... El estado del hotel y mi habitación como si estuviese renovado de hace poco.

Nos gustó mucho la habitación y el baño muy bien equipado, no faltaba detalle. Lo que nos pareció caro el desayuno continental, el precio no guarda relación con su composición.

We pulled into this town on a way point from Porto to Santander and picked it from the choices available in Benavente as being a bit more up market, although the hotel was listed as a 3 star I felt it was lower end, the room was quite small compared to most, the bathroom was reasonable and seemed to have all the bells and whistles (gowns, slippers, loads of goodies the wife would know more about than me). The rooms were advertised as non smoking, however as soon as we got in the room it was apparent it wasn't due to the smell (and funny there was an ashtray in the bathroom suggesting otherwise), we were both non smokers so quite off putting. We set the AC to 15 but in the middle of the night it got quite hot and we could not get the AC to work at all, room 104, so the night was quite un-comfy but would be much worse if it was mid summer and not the poor weather we were experiencing at the time. The garage to park the bike was up the road in an underground car park which cost 6 euro's, worth the money to know my bike was safer than leaving it on the street. There was a bar up the road called Manhattan, this was quite a lively bar, good music and the real madrid v Liverpool match was on which made it even livelier when madrid won.

Hotel para descansar bien y cómodo, pero sencillo.
El hotel está muy bien en general en su relación calidad precio. Pero tiene pocos servicios y el entorno del hotel no es muy alla. Eso si, la habitacion es muy cómoda el servicio del personal muy bueno. En general el hotel está bien.

Friendly staff, hotel close to main square for a choice of restaurants, clean, comfortable room, hotel had made its own information booklet about the area, lovely breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice served by smiling staff member. The staff were obviously proud of their hotel and enjoyed working there.

Decent hotel
Hotel staff could not speak any English! Spanish hotels advertising on Expedia should absolutely be able to communicate with their customers. The room was recently renovated and very nice but also very small. Could not completely open suitcases. Should remove desk to free up more room space.

Nos hospedamos una noche durante el puente del Pilar. Los pasillos del hotel son muy bonitos y están muy bien decorados. La habitación asignada era muy amplia y buena. La tele enorme y la cama tambien muy buena. El baño bien equipado con muchos amities para los clientes. A destacar las toallas y albornoces de algodón egipcio. La presión de agua de la ducha es muy buena. El desayuno buffet es correcto con buen café y zumo natural. Lugar tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Gran relacion calidad-precio. Recomendable 100%.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, apenas 10 min andando al casco antiguo. El estado del hotel es que excelente. Lo más destacable es la amplitud y servicios del baño. Lo único negativo es que avise que llegaría a la semana 1230 y que necesitaba la habitación preparada ... y no lo estaba. Llevábamos mucha prisa porque teníamos una boda. Y no fuimos los únicos a los que les ocurrió. También eche de menos que tuvieran una oferta en la web con desayuno incluido. En general este hotel es muy recomendable y si volviera a benavente repetiría en el.
