Family friendly resort with trail access right outside of the door. Good value for a family especially with all of the amenities. We enjoyed using the pools, frisbee golf and resort amenities. The condo listed a washer/dryer which we didn't have access to. Condo could use a deep clean, sheets were clean but can tell they are quickly cleaning between guests. Dusty spots and some dog hair. Condo is a bit dated but we weren't there to hangout indoors so was fine for our family.

Enjoyed the stay

I’ve been at the 7th mountain a couple times, first time with this owner. Appreciated the number of beds. There was not extra bedding though for the pullout- there were some blankets so we used those. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, so thankfully I had brought my own. There wasn’t any dish soap to hand wash dishes so I used what was available. Liked all the hooks to be able to hang our coats and snow pants- somewhere to place boots would be helpful- didn’t want to leave them on the carpet. Overall a good stay, and I would stay again!

Wonderful Vacation at Great Resort!

We had a great time at the resort, many activities that we got to enjoy and more that we didn’t, like the pool because it was a little crowded since the other pool was under construction. It was nice to have the hiking trails just outside our condo and the river a few minutes away where we got to see some water rafters. The condo was overall cute, very convenient to have two bathrooms and two nice size beds for adults. We were disappointed that the seasonings provided were expired and one main pan didn’t have a lid so we ended buying one at the store to be able to cook our meals. The master bathroom shower doesn’t have an edge to keep water from going all over the floor and avoid slipping. We saw that the bed mattresses and pillows had stains on them when we took sheets/covers off for housekeeper to wash them, owner should have bed mattresses cleaned or replaced and covered with leakproof mattress covers. Furniture was cute but having worked with vacation owners and assisting them with staging their properties, I would suggest for owner to have a smaller table, little bigger sofa and take at least one side chair out to feel more roomy, take out the little rack at entrance and put basket (hanging in kitchen wall) on island for those items. The fan/heater (not sure what it was) in master bedroom should be cleaned, had a lot of dust on it (didn’t use it). Would also have more comfortable patio chairs on deck. With just those few changes, it would make a big difference!

Everything we needed!

We had three adults and one pup in this unit during our three night stay. Two bathrooms were ideal. We had two sleeping in the bedroom and one on the Murphy bed in the living room. The patio is lovely. Plenty of storage space and kitchen items. The cleaning person didn't make it before our stay. We contacted Judy and worked it all out very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at Seventh Mountain

We love this resort and had a lovely stay at Judy and Charles' rental for a lot of fun in the sun in Bend! We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, private retreat in the mountains.

Beautiful location, nice quaint unit, well appointed. Cleaniness bathrooms was disappointing. I needed to clean the toilets and shower as they were obviously soiled.

AC & Quiet/Cozy

We had a comfortable stay in this unit at Seventh Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed. The AC in the main room and the bedroom are in good working order. Even though it’s a second floor unit, any noise was extremely minimal. Dog friendly was a plus. Because the unit was quiet, we got a good night’s rest on the ultra firm mattress. We would definitely stay again!

Dated condo which was not cleaned well

The condo is pretty much what the pictures show - it's ok, has all amenities but hasn't been updated recently. It was not cleaned well - the sheets on the Murphy bed had very strong (stale) smell. There was a chunk of hair on the sheets in the master bedroom. Other than that, we were able to prepare meals in the kitchenette, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels.

Always an enjoyable stay

We have stayed in this unit many times and really like the unit, the price and the location. Although we did not have to contact the property manager at any time, we had no issues. It was very quiet over the New Year, even at midnight, which was awesome.

Love this place

We have stayed in this unit many times. We LOVE the location of the unit. It’s not a very fancy unit, but it is priced accordingly. The kitchen is well-equipped and it has a full sized fridge, oven and stove. The only reason for the 4 star vs. the 5 was a few minor things; -quite a few of the plates in the cupboard were dirty. I’d say this was a housekeeping issue. -the heating unit in the headroom rattles. It was worse last time we stayed there and the owner was notified and took care of it. This time my husband was able to reduce it by placing some small pieces of cardboard in the gaps. -not enough pillows. While the new mattress is great, they now have gigantic pillows which is not my thing:) The owners are great and responsive.

Another great week in Bend

We love staying at this property. It was our second trip staying in this condo. Great location and access to all the amenities that the resort has to offer. The place was well furnished and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Hot and Lumpy

The air conditioner didn’t work properly during our visit. The back room was especially humid and musty. In addition, the back room also had a mattress that was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn and had a crater on each side of the mattress.

Baseball- internet working mom.

Over all the place is nice, there were cobwebs and dead bugs on the light fictures in the kitchen, which is a huge turn off preparing food. We came down for a long weekend of baseball for our son. I work from home and need internet. The listing states internet provided, I text the host on day 2(we got in super late on our first day due to memorial day traffic) of our 5 day stay about internet, I didnt get a response until day 5 after we were already home from our trip(8pm respose when we had to check out at 11am). There was zero instructions in the unit about wifi. Although the stay was amazing, I lost 2 days of income, which is super frustrating for what we paid for the unit.

Great Location for Skiing

The host Judy was amazing. Extremely responsive and helpful. The location was excellent for skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We hope to stay again next year

Roomy, close to skiing

Good value for the money - lots of room w/ a full separate bedroom. Also has a murphy bed and couch for those that need extra sleeping. 7th Mountain resort is close to hiking trails (right out the back), and a short 13-14 mile drive up to Bachelor ski area. Great location.

Perfect location

We had a great week in Bend and this unit at 7th Mountain Resort was perfect for our family of 4. Just the right amount of space, and the amenities were awesome for the kids. Highly recommend.

Great Condo - Great Location

Our family of 3 and dog stayed in this unit for a full week and loved it. Everything you need is here in the unit. Beds were comfortable, furniture was cozy, and privacy was great. Great location to enjoy the Deschutes rec areas just down the road. Resort has pools, a store, and bar/restaurant. We found the unit to be everything we needed for a fun stay in Bend!

Enjoyable Stay Just Outside of Bend

The resort was very comfortable with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and especially liked having a large, well-kept lawn right outside the unit where we could walk and play ball with our dog. The unit is small, but fine for two people. The furnishings are a bit dated, but it was clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient both to Bend and many of the lakes in the area.
