DISTRIBUTION: Villa ALEX is a newly built villa in a modern style distributed over two floors. The main entrance gives us direct access to the ground floor where we will find a large dining table with capacity for a few the guests. Directly opposite we will have a large open plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare excellent meals. In front of the dining room we have the living room with a four-seater sofa and an armchair, a coffee table and a TV, with direct access to the terrace. Through the corridor, passing through the kitchen area, we find the first bedroom with a big double bed (two mattresses together). On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs located next to the dining room, we access the first floor where the other three bedrooms are located, all of them with a big double bed (two mattresses together). There is also a bathroom with shower and another one en suite with a bathtub.



EXTERIOR: As soon as we enter the property, we will find enough space to park two vehicles, as well as a garage. The swimming pool is located on the main terrace and surrounded by sun loungers. In this area we will find an outdoor dining table as well as a chill out sofa with capacity for all the guests. At the back of the villa there is a barbecue area.



LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet street in the area of Benissa Costa, a few minutes walk from the Cala Pinets, Cala Llobella and Cala la Fustera. It is a residential area with proximity to all services, beaches and many leisure and restaurant offers.
