Vacker och rymlig spansk villa i tvÄ vÄningar, perfekt för semester med familj eller vÀnner.
Huset har ett privilegierat lÀge 3 km frÄn stranden och 4 km frÄn centrum av Moraira, i ett lugnt lÀge men nÀra affÀrer (Mercadona pÄ 950 m), affÀrer och restauranger.
Villan vetter mot söder med en vacker utsikt över havet och dalen: du kan njuta av poolen (10 x 5 m) omgiven av den stora terrassen och den magnifika medelhavstrÀdgÄrden. Du har tvÄ tÀckta terrasser att sitta i skuggan. De tvÄ terrasserna Àr utrustade med lounge-lounge. PÄ poolens nivÄ finns det en grillplats samt en gasplancha.
Övre vĂ„ning: fullt utrustat kök, matsal och mycket ljus TV-lounge som kommunicerar med den övre terrassen med tĂ€ckta och tĂ€ckta omrĂ„den, ett sovrum med angrĂ€nsande badrum / wc samt tvĂ„ andra sovrum och ett badrum / wC.

A fantastic stay with amazing views!

We stayed at Los Prados for 1 week in July, 10 people - 5 adults and 5 children (8, 9, 9, 11 and 12). It was very hot as always in the summer, and maybe we missed air con just a bit, but all the rooms have fans that worked well. We cooked at the villa almost every day, and used the outdoor BBQ often. The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to cook in the evenings. We also ate out in Moraira a couple of times and there is a lot of good restaurants to choose between. There are plenty of nice beaches to visit, in the PDF that Emmanuel provides you can read more about them. Emmanuel was excellent at communication throughout the entire process - always very quick to reply and friendly. Emmanuel - thank you for being so helpful and kind to us! And also a big thank you to Martine that greeted us with hugs and kisses when we arrived. We highly recommend this villa! // The 3 families from Sweden

Best holiday!!!

We had a fantastic two-week holiday staying at this beautiful villa. Located in a peaceful and scenic area, the house was the perfect getaway for our family. It was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the good-sized swimming pool – perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy throughout the day. We spent hours swimming, lounging by the water, and making the most of the sunny weather.The outdoor space was ideal for family meals and quiet evenings, and the surroundings offered a great mix of privacy and easy access to nearby attractions.The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.We truly felt at home and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful family retreat with a great pool in a lovely setting, this villa is a fantastic choice. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again!

GroßzĂŒgige, schöne Villa in den Bergen oberhalb von Moraira

Mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 4 Badezimmern / WC auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Top ausgestattet, wunderschöner Pool mit reichlich Liegen, Einkauf innerhalb von 5 Minuten, die Stadt Moraira mit mehreren sehr schönen StrĂ€nden ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Man braucht zwingend ein Auto, die Straße steigt von der Stadt / den SupermĂ€rkten sehr steil an, mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist das sehr mĂŒhselig. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter Emmanuel, der immer erreichbar war und uns mit allen Tips versorgte, große Klasse. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr einen tollenUrlaub! Auto entfernt.

A wonderful villa

Fantastic escape for a week to this amazing villa. Everything was better than we could have hoped for and the interaction with the owner was a lovely experience making everything so easy and relaxed. Large grounds with ample areas to find space is particularly impressive and the comfort and equipment found in the Villa is first class. We will be back!

Outstanding.

Simply put as the title says outstanding! Third time at Emmanuel’s Villa and zero complaints, host is extremely accommodating and Martine is great although I cannot speak French and she cannot speak English we make it work. Well equipped with high quality fixtures and furnishings I literally cannot fault it at all. Will try and get back this year due to cutting our visit short but if not 100% next year we’ll be back.

Great house for relaxing family holiday

Nice, spacious and well looked-after property, ideal for our group of 2 families, 4 adults and 6 children between 9 and 17. Good-sized pool, plenty of outdoor space, including outdoor cooking space. Communication with the, very kind, owners was excellent both before and during our stay. House is close to big supermarket, nice beaches, golfcourses, padel/tennis courts and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommended if you want a relaxing holiday!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf

Dit huis heeft alles om tot 10 personen een fantastisch vakantieverblijf te bieden. Ideaal voor twee gezinnen. Elk gezin kan een eigen verdieping gebruiken en toch ook alles samen beleven. Op twee verdiepingen terassen. De tuin op het zuiden met zwembad is geweldig. Vanaf beide terassen uitzicht op zee. Alles klopt aan dat huis. Vooral de keuken is rijk toegerust. De eigenaar biedt een geweldige gebruiksgids. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig. Doen!

A lovely villa , very well equipped

Beautiful views. Good privacy for different guests as it is spread over 2 floors. ( We hadn't realised however that there is no internal staircase, so a consideration for families) Plenty of space inside and out and the pool was lovely ,though I found the top step a little steep for getting in, as there no rail .It was a lovely temperature with plenty of sunbeds around it so again, you don't feel on top of each other. Plus there is provision for sun and shade lovers alike. Many children's pool toys etc and beach chairs if required. Parking is a little tricky, though fine, as there is a narrow gateway and cars have to park one behind the other. The Mercadona supermarket was excellent. To be honest, we hardly left the grounds as it was all so enticing. The bathroom facilities are very modern and excellent. The kitchen equipment provided is extensive and everything is good quality. Communication with the owner is very detailed and responsive, and Martine, the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The ceiling fan in the living room was out of action but we rarely spent time inside and there was a free standing fan. The bedroom fans worked well as did the mosquito grills. We made a lot of use of the gas plancha for cooking and the main kitchen upstairs had everything needed. We didn't use the TVs as there didn't seem to be any English channels available but WiFi worked fine for all the devices we had. Hot water was plentiful. We would happily stay there again if in the area.

Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Moraira ! La villa est belle & bien située avec une magnifique vue. M. Malcorps est trÚs attentionné & tient à ce que ses locataires soient confortablement installés, ce qui est vraiment trÚs agréable. La villa est trÚs bien équipée, nous logions à 3 familles avec 4 enfants de 10 à 19 ans & nous avons pu faire de bons repas tous ensemble grùce aux divers équipements. Je recommande vivement !!

Excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay in this beautifull house! It included everything we needed, even the sun lotion, shower gels and tissues etc were available. Very convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen near the barbecue area. And the kids enjoyed themselves in the Pool.

A house from paradise!

We were 10 people staying in this big 5-bedroom house with parking space for 3 cars, a big garden and a big pool in a very beautiful place. Outdoors everything was well-kept with lots of flowers, bushes and trees. Indoors everything was tip-top clean, kitchen included all necessary equipment and tableware. The pre-information package of the house we got was very detailed and covered all our questions.

What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a villa. A little tempted not to post so that we can visit anytime!! However, the location and contact with the Landlord and their representative was smooth. No issues and no language barrier. The property itself had all the items we needed for our stay and more. We even left a few items ourselves for t hose coming in the future. It was very easy to locate with the directions from the owner and the local stores were easily accessible. The villa was clean and well kept and the utilities all worked fantastically. We can not fault the villa in any way and would highly recommend to anyone else planning a visit. We will definitely be staying there again in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners and their team for a fantastic holiday. Just a shame it was not for longer. x
