The Cocoonr Agency offers you, in the commune of Bénodet, a "5-star" seaside resort in Southern Brittany, this 30 m² flat with sea view, with balcony and swimming pool in a very pleasant environment. Located 50 metres from the beach, it can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is situated on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift). It consists of a living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room with shower and a balcony to enjoy the sunny days. If you wish, you can access all the amenities without having to use your car during your stay. For holidays on foot or by bike, in a pleasant, quiet residence with ocean views and wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (new, purchased in April 2025 - sleeps 140x200) and dining area (extendable table)
- An open, fully-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Cookéo, etc.)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190),
- A shower room (renovated in 2026)
- Separate toilet

Outside the "Cap Glénan" residence:
- 36 m² shared heated swimming pool, uncovered and open from April to September

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in the heart of Cornouaille and the Breton Riviera. Situated at the mouth of the Odet river, known as "the prettiest river in France", and opposite the famous Glénan islands, Bénodet is renowned for the beauty of its coastline, criss-crossed by the GR34, and the diversity of its landscapes. It offers a wide range of activities, leisure pursuits, relaxation and entertainment.
You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
