âGREAT experience! Stayed 3 nights. Incredible views, especially sunset...friendly helpful staff...just a few minutes from town. Older place, but beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. We'll be back and next time bring the rest of the family.â
âI haven't stayed in a best Western for years. I mean at least 35 years. This stay has put Best Western back on my list of desirable options. It was clean!!, comfortable, had a good breakfast and the staff at check in and check out were all friendly. If I come back to St Joseph/Benton Harbor, I Will be happy to stay here again. Bonus they are walking distance from Walmart, Celebration Cinema and a short drive or a small walk from Biggby Coffee. â

I stay here whenever I'm in town. They are doing major road construction right now, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

âA good hotel, a bit off from 'downtown' St Joseph, but with a car everything is possible. Good wifi, decent breakfast. Loved the pancake machine! We also very much appreciated the washer&dryer onsite - very convenient. There is also a gym which my husband used, but I wanted to run outside (a bit hot). If only the city could fix a footpath/sidewalk from the hotel to the bridge (about 1/4 mile), access would have been perfect.
