The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!”

“Checking in was smooth and trouble free. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the clientele were a friendly bunch. Room clean. Liked the policy of no cleaning the room daily unless asked. Was sorry there was no microwave and the bathroom had no shelves for personal toiletries ”
