The Space:

The main living area offers comfortable seating around a smart TV and flows seamlessly into a dining space and fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and full-size appliances.



Three private bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and ample storage, while a fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Two full bathrooms serve the home, one near the primary bedroom and another off the hallway.



Step outside to a private patio and fenced yard with a BBQ grill, plus secure parking in the driveway and garage. A washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heat and air, and pet-friendly policies ensure comfortable living. Self check-in is available after 4 p.m., and a local manager is on hand should you need anything during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

This home is in a convenient spot in Bentonville, making it easy to get around. Crystal Bridges Museum is only about 4–6 minutes away, and the new Walmart Home Office campus is roughly 10–12 minutes by car. If you’re flying in, Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is just a 20–25 minute drive.



For outdoor time, guests are close to the Slaughter Pen trail system and the Razorback Greenway, both only a few minutes away. You’re also a short drive from favorite local areas like 8th Street Market, the Bentonville Square, and plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bike-friendly hangouts.
