This home, located just steps from downtown Bentonville, boasts a spacious interior, quality furnishings, and easy access to bike trails.

After a day exploring the town or hitting the trails, you can come home to gather in the living room and watch your favorite shows. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and sparkles with stainless steel appliances. It includes kitchen favorites like an air fryer, keurig, and blender.

Outside, gather around the firepit after dark to stargaze and swap ghost stories. The biking enthusiasts will love the bike garage where they can store their bikes and make use of the bike washing station.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was great. We locked our bikes up in the shed.. We walked to the downtown area when it wasn’t raining..The car port proved nice while loading the car in the rain.

Mice issue
There were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets and in the lower bunk beds. A mouse ran across the kitchen floor while we were there, and there was evidence of mice everywhere. The cover to the outdoor crawl space was off, leaving about an 18-in square that anything could come in to the house through. The water filter needed to be replaced, the front right burner of the stove didn't work, and there was mold in the washing machine and keurig. The biggest issue was definitely the mice. The duct work appeared to have nests in it, which meant it was blowing all of that debris into the air whenever the air conditioning was on. We were all congested the whole time, which had a negative effect on our stay.

Bike cottage
The location was great, the house had plenty of space for our family, it was very clean and the decor was nice. We were disappointed that the house did not have a grill as stated on VRBO. I also thought that since the house can sleep 12, that it would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker(not a keurig) and more pots and pans for cooking.
